The location was very centralized. There was food everywhere. The hotel itself was probably one of the best ones we have stayed at during our trip. It’s very westernized. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel with nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was 10/10 and rooms as well. The view from the pool was fantastic. Good location. Big shoutout to Ibrahim from breakfast and the receptionist that checked us in the evening the 1st of August - they know how to do their job and are very friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Prishtina. The location is perfect, right in the city center, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the kindness and attention of the staff. They were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the team for assisting me on the day of my departure when I was feeling unwell. I truly appreciated their care and support. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prishtina.

The staff were super polite and helpful. The location was 10/10. Very clean everything and the hotel had a really good smell. We had everything we needed in our room. Minibar 10/10. Clean ✅ Bathroom necessities ✅ comfy bed ✅ YouTube music ✅ bathrobes ✅ hangers in closet ✅ room view 10/10. It was a busy area but we slept really comfortable. The breakfast was one of the very best ones I have tried. Really good food quality. I didn't have time for that but they also had a really nice pool, sauna and gym. And I want to mention again that the staff were really good trained and very polite ! I will come back soon !

Parking was crowded and tightly packed and not so good marked outside so we missed it on first try 😁 Other 5 star hotels included more amenities/kits in room like basic ear cotton swabs, better quality (liquid) soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion (for example all from L'occitane brand) sewing kit, shower caps, additional mirror to do close up make up, branded matches/lighter and pen, free welcome chocolates, iron. Additional blanket was also available in other hotels

Room was comfy recently somewhat renovated, staff was friendly and spoke good English. Check in and check out was very efficient. Pool had good view. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom had good hairdryer!!! 💪😁
