I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the atmosphere in the hotel itself was welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back on my next visit.

The room that was given to us wasn't used for a long time, and it wasn't clean for our arrival.

The host Shaban is incredibly helpful and friendly. Spacious room, comfy bed and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi in my room. I had a late flight, and the host was kind enough to wait up so I could check in. He is multilingual and speaks good English.

Close walking distance into the city but NOT in the center, I took the taxi instead which is rather affordable.

The only heating option in the room was the air conditioner, and there was no central heating or radiator

Our room (2) was large and comfortable, bright and airy and very welcoming, with sofa and chair for resting comfortably. The bed was large and very comfortable, we slept very well indeed, with regard to noise levels, we heard very little from outside, and could just about hear other residents with the property, these were families with small children which could be expected coming in and leaving the hotel. The bathroom was large and clean, and yes I enjoyed a lovely bath in our spa tub, that was a nice surprise. Shaban was a perfect host with a very warm welcome and was more than happy to assist when we wanted to leave our luggage for leaving Pristina. The location is great to get to the main strip, leave the hotel, turn left up the bank, turn right and follow the road along to get to the main road, Mother Theresa Square is over the road, left of the big statue of a man.on his horse, there are some super eateries and bars. Communication from booking to arrival could not be faulted, thank you for very smooth transactions. We were disappointed our stay was short in Pristina and particularly at Urban Boutique, rest assured should the opportunity to stay again arise, we surely will return to this property.

Shaban was a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and keen to learn about others. The room was beautiful and the location convenient.

The apartment was large, spacious, clean, well and functionally furnished. The bed was comfortable. Owner was kind and helpful, he speaks perfect English and provided me valuable information about Pristina and Kosovo. My stay in the apartment was unfortunately very short (one night) and I had to travel further, I will definitely come back here in the future if I travel to Kosovo. The centre of Pristina with restaurants, bars, cafes, sights etc. is about 10 - 15-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The room had no view. The air conditioning was working, and the room was getting warm, but the bathroom remained cold. We spent all our time in the city center. Although it was within walking distance, the hotel's location felt a bit far for us.
