Zhurma gjate gjithe nates pasi ne hotel kishte event besoj dasem, gje qe na nxorri here pa here gjumin e nates si dhe ambienti ku hahej mengjesi sh I ftohte pa ngrohje duhej te rrije veshur me pallto pasi dhe jashte kishte rene debore.

Mengjesi ishte I bollshem dhe me shumellojshmeri, gatimesh, frutash embelsirash, vetem kafja ishte filter jo kafe espresso.

The room was small for 3 beds, with column in the middle, AC was not enough for the room as it's a small size, elevator was jammed and you can hear a scratch sound specially in 4th floor. Restaurant is very nice but unfortunately most items were unavailable due to the big number of gusts and small quantities they were supplying. Also we couldn't drink coffee or tea , egg was finished. This was at 7:45 ! You can not hang the shower handle, and you should switch it to the right to get water, not to lift.

Although undeniably located in the best spot in Prizren, the hotel is an 'aging lady' which needs renovation. Had mostly old-style two-pin plugs with the wrong spacing, even when house staff tried to jerry-rig a solution. And when the internet worked (in my room), it was spotty at best and very slow. Although lots of eating tables were available, the breakfast food buffet was wedged into a small serving area which ensured that guests were constantly bumping into each other while making selections. Much of the table area could have been re-purposed for the buffet spread. Did not find most of the food worthwhile. Made short work of breakfast and had an early getaway for the splendid mountainous ski area east of the city on the way to Tetovo.

Air conditioning worked very well.

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The room was dirty, the toilet did not work, the mattress was dirty, the bed linen was very used, the price was inadequate, the breakfast was very poor in the very cold place. We only had juice and sat in our jackets. The room was changed after our reklamacion ,It was no better. The only thing that was nice was the location, but the view from the window was of a dirty yard!

breakfast was not up to standards of 4 star hotel, mainly the fruits, only first day we had breakfast, other days we went to nearby restaurants or bakeries

best thing is the location, basically we used the car for out of town trips, you are in the middle of everything , river, markets, restaurants, etc. our room had a balcony which overlooks the river, markets, etc., just sitting in the balcony at night or early morning was a real pleasure . the room was spacious with all necessary items. the staff were very cooperative.
