CyprusAmazing stay. Stayed here 2 years ago and they’ve definitely upped themselves since. Was upgraded to the sea view which was lush, the beds and room were clean, quiet and comfortable and the welcome gift was lovely! The towels were a lot better than previous too. The food on offer in the all inclusive was delicious and good choices too. I’m gluten and dairy free and there was still suitable options that were so tasty at the dinner and breakfast too.

GeorgiaHowever, the location of the hotel is not ideal. The beach club is not within walking distance, and you can only reach it by taking a shuttle that runs every hour. This limited schedule made it a bit challenging to plan our day, especially if we wanted to spend more time at the beach or return to the hotel at different times. Overall, if you don’t mind the shuttle schedule, is a great choice.
The hotel offers an outstanding culinary experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. There are several restaurants and lounges on-site, each providing a unique and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The pool area is also very spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing day by the water. The hotel’s beach club is also fantastic, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views and excellent service.

all meals at the hotel good. you could always find something you liked. Swimming pool area excellent and pool bar good although you had to pay for certain drinks was my wedding anniversary and they put cake and fruit in room which was a lovely gesture

CyprusWhen they did the refurb it would have been good if they placed a covered walkway from hotel to the separate annex as when it rains you get wet. Would have been good to have coffee machines ,hot water in the resturant. In steadof relying on staff to serve you a hot drink. As it was winter the only place to sit inside and have a drink after your meal.was the lobby area, which has very little seating and very little atmosphere. It would have been nice to have some entertainment eg a band , singer especially as it was Christmas., instead of the same pipe music everyday. Would have been nice to sit in the sun around outdoor pool area but unfortunately all the sun loungers etc had been placed in storage.
Staff excellent, polite ,efficient, helpful nothing too much trouble. . Reception staff understood very little English but managed to get problem sorted. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel which was an added bonus as it was nice and quiet. Our aircon was on the wrong setting ,it would have been useful to have instructions in order for us to sort it. We had not realised until we had gone to bed the 1st night and it was very cold in our room , which caused us to have a lack of sleep . But on a positive note it was sorted the next morning.

CyprusWe struggled with finding out about what drinks were included in the All-inclusive, even though the staff were trying to be helpful. There was an online menu and your drinks were only included in certain areas. The staff did question my drink chioce and said I'd have to pay for that drink although I didn't. A bit confusing. The language barrier was a problem. Our room was very clean. Great hotel, lovely food but no entertainment. Lacked something to do, only had the Casino really.
The room and hotel was very clean and top class. The setting was beautiful 😊 Pool area was great.
