Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CyprusThe food that was provided for the evening meal was poor, the salad wasn’t fresh, the scampi etc was very oily, and the bread was hard and stale. I wouldn’t recommend eating there (except for breakfast). I suspect the food we received was brought in, as we spotted a food delivery driver arriving just before our meal time. I asked for a Vodka and Orange, and had to provide my own orange! The peacocks woke us up around Dawn, and was saddened to see them kept in a small-ish enclosure close to the apartments. The general feeling was of a little resort that was once lovely, but requiring a lot of TLC in the grounds etc.
Room was comfortable and clean. Our host was very friendly. The breakfast was lovely.

CyprusA nice, simple place with good location. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. 10 for breakfast and for cleanliness. There are lots of great restaurants and grocery stores in the area. For those who like both the beach and to party, Cratos Port is within walking distance. If you just want to lie in the sun and enjoy the sea, Diana beach and Gizli Koy are a few minutes drive from Paradise.

RussiaIt is difficult to get out of the hotel without a taxi or a rented car. But the owner always helps with calling a taxi and can even take you to the beach in his car.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming! Homemade breakfasts and lunches were served. Everything was very tasty, the owners themselves gathered vegetables from their garden. Quiet rooms, good air conditioning.

RussiaI was looking for a place with a mini-kitchen, but here it’s just a sink and a kettle. Meals in the home restaurant are expensive. Some things are worn: the kettle and the aircon could work better.
It’s a nice nook between the highway and the sea, with a courtyard where a dog and a couple of cats are around, and there is an aviary with peacocks. Walls are good, you won’t hear your neighbours. The bed is very comfortable. You have a nice view on the mountains, or the sea, or both. Mustafa the owner is friendly and helpful. There is a shop and a pharmacy just around the corner, a better shop not far down the road.

CyprusThe plants needed to be cut a bit to make it look better .. and the grounds looked uncared for . The pool was mucky but that was due to the flowers floating and the inside of the greeting place was dull .. WiFi was on and off .not a strong signal..but was OK for a phone ....
This is n a great location for most places .. the rooms were very clean but basic. And the furniture was too .. it's a lovely set out and the place looked like in need time spent on it to make it look better . The family are lovely and the food was OK..

United KingdomThe sea was fairly close but not very accessible but good views of the sun setting over Kyrenia.
The breakfast was fine with the added bonus of a personal choice. The location currently is very quiet although the essential shops were a short walk away and Kyrenia has good public transport links, frequent ad cheap. The swimming pool was clean and accessible for all adults.

TurkeyWe made reservation by Booking that we always trust for searching our hotel and planning our trip in a perfect way.. but unfortunately it wasn't the case this time !!! It was mentioned that Paradise is too close to the beach ( plaj) but it is not true.. it hasn't got //any access// to the sea neither to the beach. We had to enter the Cratos hotel and to pay for having access to the beach for swimming!!!!! . Besides rooms haven't got any view over the sea but all balconies have a view onto a neglected parking area!!! For a 3 night trip we actually got disappointed!!!
İt is a calm place

NetherlandsNegatives: Hygiene: The swimming pool was so dirty that it had formed a slimy layer making it too risky to swim in. The room wasn't very clean either, which made us uncomfortable. Overall, the entire property didn’t look clean, and hygiene seemed to be a low priority. Breakfast: Due to the lack of cleanliness, we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout our stay, which was frustrating. Water Issues: We didn’t have access to cold water because of the heat; only hot water was coming from the shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t resolve this issue. Service: We stayed for five days, and during that time, nobody checked in to see if we needed anything. It's a shame because this could be a beautiful place if the owners put more effort into maintaining it. I hope they address these issues in the future, as the location and potential are great. More attention to hygiene is definitely needed.
While the location is good—close to Cratos Beach and Cratos Casino—the overall experience left much to be desired. It’s important to note that if you want to use the swimming pool or beach facilities at the Cratos Hotel, you have to pay extra, and it’s not cheap. Positives: Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Cratos Beach and Casino. Room Size: The room was spacious enough and equipped with air conditioning. Amenities: There was a minibar in the room, and a supermarket close to the bungalows, which was convenient.
