The location to the sea, dive centre was good.

Fire escapes were locked up, which apart From being a major safety concern, also meant access so the pool, gardens and outside areas not possible until 8:30am. The pool furniture was uncomfortable and poorly covered. The Breakfast, which was quite poor, didn’t start until 8:30am and room wasn’t cleaned during our three night stay.

The stuff was nice and helpful. We liked breakfast in the morning. Pool looked nice and clean but unfortunately we couldn't use it, as we were always too late and came in after working hours of the pool. Garden was nice and welcoming.

Balcony could be a bit bigger and also I would love to have a bigger fridge, to have possibility to froze some drink for the next day.

Location was very good, parking was awful, leave your keys on reception.for car to be moved, big rooms.⁰

Breakfast was lacking, all vegetarian, a little ham or bacon, you must cater for your clients.

Lapida is an old hotel in Lapta. It’s located quite far from the sea. Walking there is inconvenient because in Lapta (as in almost the entire Girne region) there are practically no sidewalks. The hotel is tired and has clearly seen better days. It definitely needs, if not repairs, then renovation and a thorough cleaning. The hotel feels like a collector’s warehouse. There are shelves everywhere filled with all sorts of items – from weapons to old electronics and dishes. Everything is very dusty. The room is old, and all the equipment is also very old. The air conditioner barely cools – it works more like a fan. There was no fridge in the room; I had to ask for one. They brought me a fridge, I think from the 1980s, which didn’t cool anything either — it rather heated up everything around it and made a loud noise. The bed linen is old and covered in pilling. The pillows are stuffed with clumped-up filler. Breakfast is a buffet, but very basic — only eggs, bread, and a few fruits. There are only two people working in the whole hotel.

This hotel is a really warm atmosphere. We felt comfortable from the first moment we went there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The decoration with the antique objects offered us like a tour in a museum. The garden with very cured details makes us feel like we were home.The rooms are clean and the breakfast was with fresh products.We enjoyed every moment and for sure we are coming back. Thank you!

The antiquities around the hotel were a nice touch. The gardens and pool area were very tranquil, great for relaxing and chilling out.

Breakfast isn’t served until 8:30, which was too late for me, as I was on a diving holiday and needed to be away but 7:45 each morning. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a big bonus.

Small quirky family run hotel.. Lovely pool area. Good home cooked evening meal excellent value.
