more breakfast options, coffee from a jar, no juices available, only egg option was boiled... room was bright in the morning as curtains didnt close completely (more just for show) however the quality of the furnishings were very good. The bed was very firm. Our family room should have been 2 singles and 1 double bed, but had 2 double beds which could not be seperated, check this when booking if it is a must.

There were some problems with wifi at first instance (it did not work). We went down to the reception and it was fixed quickly. Breakfast in the restaurant was surprisingly quite basic, e.g. no fresh bread and only instant coffee. Its not worthwhile to buy "breakfast included option", but as far as I remember it was included in our booking by default.

Its a vey good place, clean and modern. Its a service apartment complex, and where is kitchen-ware and washing machine in the apartment. Our apartment consisted of two bedrooms and a kitchen combined with living-room. It was perfect for 4 (family with two teenage-kids). The apartment is very good to stay several days or a week. The main highlight of the residence is a swimming pool on the roof-top with a fantastic view. We enjoyed it very much.

We did have an issue with smokers allowed to sit in all the verandas filling the dining hall will smoke. My wife being asthmatic, we raised the issue so the staff only allowed smoking on only one of the verandas which helped a lot. The staff were accommodating but the management should be more mindful of the many non smoking customers who do not complain! It would also be good to have some English TV channels to get news!

It’s a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfasts are always fresh and wholesome. We come regularly and are always welcome.

The soundproof of the room is not enough, both from the corridor or windows (even closed). The electronic key (card) was not working to access the room as battery was low in the locker (did not even changed during the 3 days).

The residence apartments are good to stay for short or long time, all amenities are nearby the building and location is good for easy access or escape from Girne to any direction. The old town and marina is walking distance, 5-10 min. The most attractive part of the residence is the top roof restaurant (where the breakfast is served) with amazing view on the mountains and sea. Swimming pool is also available on the top roof.

The member of staff at the reception, a young man who had zero personality, no hospitality skills whatsoever, no smile no welcome how are you, welcome to our hotel no nothing. After showing us to our room with and not even offering to help with our luggage. As we arrived around 6pm we just wanted to have a shower and go out to a restaurant, unfortunately the water was freezing cold, really 🤔 so I went to the reception to ask why, the reception guy came to the room a said have you switched on the water heating switch, which was in the kitchen by the kettle, nowhere near the bathroom and not labelled, how the hell would I now it was a water heater switch, and why did he not tell me when he checked us into the room? Anyway the switch was already on and the water was still freezing, it’s really no a big ask to have a hot shower in a very modern hotel. As for the breakfast, I think if you were Turkish you’d be okay. No juices, no coffee just over stewed Turkish tea. A selection of salads, some hot meats with no labels, some sort of scrambled eggs Turkish style, boiled eggs and toast it was then, and a glass of water. To be fair the staff were very polite. Maybe they had different training from the reception guy😂

Location is perfect, close to the old town, and main historical sightseeings of the town, it takes only 15 minutes walk, area around the hotel is very quiet and safe. Very comfortable apartment, provided drinking water, glasses and kitchenware, mini market with all you need is next door. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.
