We did not have pur own gate keys, which was annoying . The Netflix was not working . There were no cleaning supplies. The sugar was old and so was the coffee . There were no tea bags

What I didn’t like about the property is that there’s not security guard on the gate so it gets difficult to get inside when you you return from running your errands

there was no plug for the sink, the pan had no handle or lid and there was not 2 of everything such as bowls. the knives weren't sharp, I luckily brought along my own stuff incase.

all was good aside from some of the kitchen equipment.

We had difficulties charging the laptop due to the difference between the plug and the sockets in use on site and the owner was unable to offer a solution that would resolve the issue. Another no less important issue was the fact that the owner informed that he does not issue an Invoice, and as this was a work trip it was essential to have an Invoice on hand.

The location is very good. We didn't had breakfast as per initial information during the reservation on Booking.com. The green area is good with a very nice neighborhood. Also, the area is very quiet, offering a feeling of peace.

Netflix didn’t play , it needs maintance . Old towels no cleaning the place until day of checkout . Not impressed with the kitchen .

The bed made a noise everything I turned over and woke me up. Some of the towels were old and thin. No hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom. I'm an international traveler and don't usually carry these things with me. Frying pan had no handle and there was only one fork but two of everything else. Other cooking things like salt and pepper would have been nice. The rooms were a bit cold. fortunately they had one small heater that I could move around to warm the rooms up a bit. One more blanket would have been nice. Bedside light was there but there was no adapter to plug it into to use it. Only one hanger. I little inconvenient to say the least.

Location. That there was a washing machine. Privacy and parking for my hired car. Microvave and stove. The staff gave me some washing powder to do my laundry which I appreciated.

Could not work the TV. Instructions would be nice. Bed was noisy and woke me up every time I turned over. Would gave been nice to have some bathroom amenities like shower jell and soap and not have to go buy my own as I was an international traveler. Some of the towels were a bit old and warn. Only one hanger in the cupboard.

The female staff that met and greater me was really friendly and kind. The location was ideal for my stay.

The netflix channel got disconnected a night before we left while we were still watching, they could use with a new shower head, not pleasant at all,The bathroom carpets need a change. 2 windows both dinning and bedroom had no handles to close. so we had to push the windows from outside in the evening . luckily they have burglar security.

There was no back up for lights to use during load shedding. We send the Host message no answer no apology. The cleaner was nice she rang the host asking for back up lights but no lucky. I was there for 6 days what a huge inconvenience.

The Cleaner was lovely .She was there when needed .The apartment was cleaned every 2 days while i was there for six days. Quiet safe location with parking.
