The door in the bathroom did not close which was a bit uncomfortable. We had to hold it close by placing something in front. We informed the staff in the first day but nothing was done about it.

Very limited food selection of food pap or rice with braai meat & salads. I wish there was an option for pasta at least. The pap though 🥰 very tasty, I will definitely have it again

Our shower did not have hot water but even though I surprisingly enjoyed the cold water shower, there should be hot water. Maybe just to ensure that is not a problem next time. A fridge in the room might help.

Staff were friendly, efficient. Star was amazing. In all my travels from west coast to the eastern coast, I have not had the reception staff show us around and take you to your room. Amazing and excellent service. The smell of food cooking made us cancel our plans to eat out but rather enjoyed the delicious mutton curry that was prepared. To the owner, your staff are amazing and know that even the places in Cape town like the Skye Hotel and Protea Hotels, Onomo Hotels etc does not compare to the friendly efficient service we received at your hotel. I do hope that they are appreciated especially Star, she truly is a gem.

The staff was very friendly from the reception area upon arrival. It also didn't take long to check in, less than 15 min I was escorted to my room.,which highly appreciated as I was extremely exhausted.

There was no hot water in our room. We had to be up early to prepare for a function. We eventually decided to just leave and go shower at friends as we would run late. What was meant to be an easy morning reconnecting as a couple was botched. We ended up not even having breakfast so an absolute waste of money. Lights from outside were also too bright which disturbed sleep and room was too close to elevators so you could hear everyone walking and taking outside.

room was next to gas and the kitchen. There was a terrible gas smell and left with a headache and feeling unwell from the gas. The room was next to kitchen so very noisy. There was hair in bathroom and the DSTV or TV was not working. There was a lot of dirt in front of room almost like some one had swept it there and forgot to throw it away. Room was not cleaned properly after last guest.
