The unit was well appointed with a beautiful view. It has everything that one could need, and more, in a self catering unit. Having a 5 star golf course on the property is an added bonus.

The villa had everything you could think of. We were welcomed with lovely chocolates on the bed, milk in the fridge just to name a few. All the additions like jojo tank, inverter and gas stove really makes it easy. This was our 2nd time visiting this villa. And we will definitely be back again.

there were no curtains in kitchen so you felt you could not have privacy at night and it faces the walk way and two units.

well maintained unit, with little extras like pool towels, chocolate on bed on arrival day. Bonus a great coffee machine! Gas oven works like dream! It’s my favourite unit I have stayed at.

One of the nicest units we have stayed in at San Lameer. Beautiful, clean and comfy. And we love the convenience of being able to rent bikes, tennis equipment etc at San Lammer. We have saved this units as a favorite and will definitely be going back. The host were organized and lovely.

The view of the lagoon is special. The unit is so well equipped, it makes the stay extra comfortable. Gas Stove, washing machine, dish washer, WiFi, air conditioned, as well as extra’s like a cooler box and beach umbrella.

The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave our little slice of paradise. 4 nights wasn't long enough. Thank you for having us Louis!

On arrival at the villa, the cleaners had done a thorough job. Our host, Louis had gone the extra mile kitting out the unit with full Dstv, wi-fi and a UPS to run both, as well as lights all over the unit which were clearly marked. The outdoor lounge and additional outdoor dinning room table by the built in braai/barbeque were a big plus. We were even greeted with chocolates on our pillows and the kitchen was kitted with additional thoughtful items such as dishwashing pods and other cleaning items. Louis was also very helpful with giving us multiple options of various restaurants to visit in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back again.

The site mentions a private pool but there isn't one at this residence. Just the estate public pool.. which is beautiful

There was only 1 tiny thing I think could be improved upon. The tub in the downstairs bathroom could use some attention. The stains were a bit off putting. But that being said, the unit is spotlessly clean.

Excellent location within the Estate. The unit was very clean and well equipped with just about everything you could need, and a few extras. Beautiful views of the dam from the patio and the main bedroom. Its a great place to unwind and relax. The host was thoughtful and helpful. He messaged us throughout our stay and made the check-in and out process so easy with instructions.

The villa did have some spiders and a dead cockroach. The tub looked dirty but when tried to clean, it looked badly stained. Getting to the resturant was difficult considering it was raining and only way down was using stairs. So it wasn't very baby friendly getting the pram down the stairs. Also we didn't have a reservation so we had to sit outside. A bad thunderstorm and rain started and we were only moved into the bar area after we mentioned that the rain was falling where we were sitting and we had a baby with us. Loadshedding.

I liked that the host met us at the property to make sure our check in went smoothly. The villa had a nice river view. It was clean. Well equipped. A clean cot was provided. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Many facilities at the property. Could see some animals like buck. Bottled water and a box of milk was provided which was an unexpected bonus. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was self catering, so no breakfast, but what was amazing and made our trip and stay top tier was the hosts ability to send us recommendations for both food spots and entertainment. Added so much value 🙏🏾 The views of the lake in every room wow.
