Great location with special views. Attention to detail from Carmen who was very helpful. Neat and tidy with loads of extra blankets, games and books for proper comfort over a whiner weekend

If I had to mention one , it would be the trash policy. Guests are required to take their rubbish with them when they leave, which I understand is a necessary measure to prevent baboons from being attracted to the area. While it’s a small inconvenience, the reasoning behind it is completely understandable and shows a thoughtful approach to protecting the environment and wildlife.

The whole experience! The views were stunning, and I loved the peace and quiet. I really enjoyed the privacy and the fireplace and hot tub. absolutely amazing – perfect for relaxing.The host was so kind to light the fireplace for us before we arrived, which made such a warm and welcoming difference, especially since we arrived quite late. The room and vibe were just perfect when we got there.

Nothing really. It was great. The beach is a bit of a walk if you're not used to walking too much but still walking distance. We walked to it on both days no problem. Was not a problem for us as we're a family of 4 but if you're going with extended family. Note the bathroom is an ensuite to one of the rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was really pleasant and helpful. Even gave us 2 sets of binoculars when we mentioned we forgot our telescope 🔭. Please bring if you have. The night sky is amazing out that way. Also gave the kids boogie boards to use during their stay as that is what we forgot too. You don't need a TV there is plenty other things to do. My son enjoyed the piano. Lots of board games and books. Well equipped, everything we needed was there.

What a little gem I'm so so glad I found. Friendly hostess Carmen was amazing and the accommodation was tasteful and clean. For me it's a keeper just leave some weekends open for me please.

Wouldn't say didn't like but would possibly consider, if at all possible, the bathroom in the en suite bedroom could present a challenge if the accommodation is not shared as a family. And the outside deck area could do with some coverage as the wind picks up quite strongly at times.

Loved the space of the cottage and the great attention to detail offering some wonderful entertainment with an array of board games for the kids...my 3 year old niece absolutely loved the doll house which was an absolute hit and very rarely found in holiday accommodation. In addition, the piano was an absolute treasure and delight for the kids...another first in all the accommodation we had experienced to date.

Carmen was an incredibly accommodating and helpful host. We loved the facilities, like the pool table, piano, spacious shower and hot tub in the garden.

The property was spacious and beautiful. The view from the deck to have your morning coffee was absolutely breathtaking. The hot tub was amazing as well as Carmen was amazing. She is so friendly and helpful and super accommodating. My labby loved it there. Will definitely visit again. It has all the basics for a true holiday away from home.

We Loved the place, The view of the ocean and mountains was beautiful- the setting was so homey - nice fireplace, piano, pool table, games and all. Will definitely be back and bring even more family to create memories.

Hostess was wonderful - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodation was very cosy especially during the cold, wet winter days/nights. Great bonding time for our family.

The only thing I could say, is there is only one bathroom which was en-suite to the main bedroom. It was fine for our family of 4, but if there were more people it could have been a bit awkward.

Our host Carmen was so lovely. The cottage included a hot tub and a pool table which was great! And an extra huge bonus our dogs could come on holiday and enjoy it to.
