Loved our stay this weekend. Clean, very cosy, great location and really just a good stay! We came to rest and relax and this is exactly what we did. Loved the fire place! We walked to the market and town, so location is really good. We’ll be back

The attention to detail with all the furnishings and comfort items in the room were outstanding. The enclosed garden allowed our pets so much more freedom compared to other pet friendly accommodation.

The open toilet. We appreciated the screen though. Bed was a little creaky, but no biggie.

The privacy of the space was brilliant. It is far from the main house. There were so many heating options, we loved that. Heated towelling rails. Fabulous shower. Yogurt and fruit in fridge plus fresh milk.

Another kitchen appliance would be great eg. Snappy induction plate, Airfryer or Toaster.

The fireplace was super. The bed very comfortable with the electric blanket and extra blankies. We also enjoyed the Muesli with yogurt and stewed fruit.

We had a lovely stay! Check-in was smooth and easy. The cottage felt like a cozy cabin in the woods, so peaceful and warm, especially with the fireplace, which quickly became our favorite feature. The location is great too, within walking distance of shops and a walking trail. We’re so glad we stayed two nights, as Greyton had much more to offer than we expected. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Only a little small to spend more than 2-3 nights in. But for a short stay, it was perfect.

A very warm welcome. Grateful for the fresh granadillas, yogurt, museli and rusks. Many such considerate touches. Mosquito net was excellent. It allowed the stacking door to be wide open in the evening. Very safe and quiet. A 15-20min walk to the main restaurants. The fire stove will be amazing in winter.

Excellent value for money. Impressive and much appreciated little extras like quality coffee and a fridge stocked with water, yoghurt and fresh milk.

Although there was a room divider to use to make the toilet private, it did not feel private. There was also no window to open at night for some fresh air, but you have an aircon if needed.

The place had everything you would need for a short stay. We loved the coffee machine and the fireplace, even if we did not use it. There was a fridge and microwave, so easy to take food and cold stuff. The rusk, muesli and yoghurt were also a nice surprise. We did not mind, but if you would love someone to come and greet you, this is not for you as we did a very easy self-check-in. We did not mind. They also added a mosquito net which we did not use. Overall, very nice and we would stay again.

An air fryer could be a good addition for a longer stay

Peace and tranquility, cosy with enough space for my needs. The patio and garden were a lovely space to relax and create. The host was always available and responsive. The little touches with the kitchen supplies made it special.

Absolutely perfect - zero dislikes

Blissfully peaceful, the gardens were a haven for birds, horses and cows roamed freely outside the gate which was so in character with Greyton . Walking distance to everywhere but we especially enjoyed Greyton nature reserve for hikes and the river walks . Anne Marie is a super host along with Ben and Bella the golden . Retrievers who we absolutely loved . We enjoyed evenings drinking local wines on the patio . Definitely returning as soon as diary allows .

Cosy, comfortable, clean and homely. Delightful to be able to make an indoor fire on a rather chilly, rainy evening. Coffee, rusks, muesli and yogurt were delicious. Absolutely perfect for us. Thank you.

We enjoyed having a glass of wine infront of the fireplace, I just wish that there was a deck of cards or boardgames to play... we forgot to bring our own.
