They did not have gas in the heaters so the breakfast hall was freezing. Apart from this everything was lovely and I would definitely recommend to stay there, it is great value for money.

It is located close to a mall and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth.

They owner must communicate with the guest to ask them what time their are going to come and send them the location. Also fix the air conditioner as it is not working fine

There were days we didn’t have electricity and the water in the kitchen wasnt working only to find out that it was switched off and we weren’t notified about it and breakfast was never served on time besides the first night of our stay.

The facility is way too nice and clean. The is a Lady called Pearl she is something else,not friendly,doesn't know who to treat human,she didn't even orientate us as of where is the kitchen,tell us rules if the are. She'd just call the owner and feed him lies. Dear owner the place is amazing and beautiful we'd definitely come again as soon as you teach Pearl Batho Pele Principles and Ethics .

Attentive hosts and staff. Very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. A short distance from the town centre and entertainment hotspots, ensuring easy access to various destinations.

Breakfast..they really need to improve the variety and presentation..they even gave us spoiled milk and the ladies did not even apologize they just took the milk and kept on speaking their language i don't even understand and their attitude is not friendly

The breakfast was a huge disappointment that spoilt an otherwise “5 star” accommodation - on the second day of our stay we didn’t bother

It was exceptionally neat and clean and tidy both inside and outside. It was like a brand new property. It was actually extraordinarily clean … even the driveway was shining as if it had just been painted and sealed The television service was excellent We met the owner on the second day and he was really nice and helpful and professional

Don't serve same break fast for two consecutive days. Try and provide something different. Even if it's the same food but change the presentation. Not omelet daily. Serve in portions.

the facility was clean, but there's room for improvement, the jar the used to server juice was not 100% clean.

The breakfast that was served was an English breakfast, I would have just appreciated if I was asked my preferred juice and not just served orange juice nectar, when I am not a citrusy person. The location was good central to everything. The staff was friendly and understanding.

Breakfast could have been better. Filter coffee would be great or better instant coffee eg. Nescafe Gold or Jacobs. Please, no Ricoffy.

The wooden floor boards make noise and hot water runs out at night.
