A lift stopping on each floor including the parking area. There was an inclined elevator with about 4 stops(doors) serving about 12 floors. (probably not possible to modify) A little play area/jungle gym by the pools could be nice. The air conditioners were blowing hot air on the veranda where the dining table was. Hot like a sauna. No curtains on the veranda. Keeping the windows closed for the monkeys, so we used no aircons. This would be horrible in summer. There was a short small fridge freezer in the kitchen and the Bin was standing in the way.

We struggled with the stairs a bit because my mother couldn't walk alot but the host was very accomodating she made plans so we could park the car a bit closer so my mother didn't have to climb the extra stairs. That helped alot.

Value for money, it was walking distance from the beach that was very nice. Loved the location.

The internet connection was terrible on our first day of arrival, we were unable to secure good internet service, and the kids couldn’t watch TV. So I contacted the agent to see if there was anything that could be done. She was kind enough to organise a new home router by end day on the second day. The other challenge we faced was with the dinning table. The apartment didn’t have a dining table. The table by the balcony was very unstable, and on the verge of collapsing. So we had to sit on the dinning floor each time we had to eat as a family. There was also no carpet on the dining floors, so we would lay our blankets first before we sit to eat.

It was clean and located in a beautiful spot.

They don't have backup and there was no power from Saturday during the day till we left on Sunday and we only had raw food ,we ended up asking for charcoal from neighbors 😒

Most things were broken and not in usable condition, the host was not aware of it. She was suppose to come through to replace the chairs but there was no show and no explanation.

Not baby and elderly friendly as the apartment is situated right at the top and can only be accessed by walking up many flights of stairs or using a very slow lift. Would not recommend for unfit people. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and because of this, we could not connect to Netflix so we weren’t able to watch TV the entire stay as the apartment also did not offer DSTV. Working TV and Internet facilities should be removed from this listing to make it more accurate. The apartment has an ant problem in the second and third room. Woke up in the morning with a ton of ants crawling on the bed (including my face and pillow)! This listing does not mention anything about a R1000 deposit which needs to be paid before receiving check-in instructions. This should be added to improve accuracy of the listing.

The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. The manager organised a crib and high chair and we appreciated that.
