Might need to consider air-conditioning for the winter 🥶. The little two bar heater struggled to heat up the room. Luckily, there were warm and snuggle blankets.

Having to phone the gate to open. It took many tries until it finally opened. The cups and plates were also a bit dirty. No aircon in the rooms.

Standard Room was quite small. With the standing fan out, we were tripping over each other a bit. There was no hairdryer in the room, and when I contacted the host to ask about one being available on premises, I got no response. The next day, we managed to get one from the cleaner while she was cleaning other rooms. We only stayed 2 nights, so we didn't qualify for our room being tidied/cleaned. This means we also only got tea supplied for 2 cups each for the whole stay. Went to buy our own. The shower drain was also blocked, which made showering a timed adventure. We were in the front room, so thankful other guests didn't look too closely at our window as the blinds are a bit gappy even when closed:)

It was a lovely, quiet location, close to everything we could need. Easy and convenient access with self check-in and check-out. Premises were neat and clean. The free standing fan helped a lot as it was quite warm and humid. Little kitchen unit was pretty handy.

The couch was a bit hard, and the mould on ceiling could be cleaned often. You can smell the water damage/mould in the room unfortunately.

the rail on the bathroom door needs to be oiled as it was a bit difficult to open and close. the two door wardrobe needs to be refurnished.

My partner struggled to sleep because the curtains were damaged, leaving space open in the curtains for any peeping toms if there were any. Please fix the curtains (room 3).

I like that you tried providing for different seasons, for example the fan was a life saver.

Everything was great just had a problem with not having charging ports available but the place is great overall 10 out of 10
