South AfricaThe kitchen needs a bit of a revamp. But it did it's thing. We did made food there. Could have been nice to have a (bar fridge )the room since the one in the kitchen is open for everyone and all.
The staff was supper friendly and helpful. The owner was a sweet lady who called us beforehand and also did the check-in. When we walked around the premises and see her she would ask how our stay is and what we did that morning. Definitely a great spot. Near the beach and a few minutes away from the Broadbord mall and near the summerstrand shopping centre.

South AfricaParking space inside the yard😩😩😩 my car was parked outside and I wasn't comfortable with that but 1 of the guests left then I parked inside at 4am .
They were not organised.... Apparently someone left with our key when they checked out. They gave us another keythen we freshened up and went our way but when we came back our room was opened and the window that was impossible for us to close was still wide open and it was cold ... We did report the window before we left and stàff said they will sort it out for us

South AfricaWhere do I start, one the owner tried to give me 1 family room until I protested that I had booked 2 rooms as I booked for my kids as well. Dishonest from the very beginning. The room did not even have a fan yet it was scorching. After I complained then they put in a fan. I am a smoker, but the rooms have no patio or balcony and you literally have to go downstairs and outside the property to smoke. My kids rooms was downstairs and us upstairs yet I booked a month in advance and the owner wanted to rob us with one room for 5 people. Eventually the kids had to sleep downstairs which made things even more concerning. The dining area is dark and dodgy and I don't think the kitchen is even equipped to do anything. Parking is very bad, if you get parked in and have an early engagement, you will need to disturb the guests to start moving their cars. The reception area I am sorry to say, put me off when I see pictures of their gods as the owner is Hindu. It already put in a very concerning mood. The room is never cleaned during our stay. As for clothes, you don't even have facilities and the staff have no clue what to due. I suggest you use the laundromat in Summerstrand. There is no engagement from the owner and she disappeared after we arrived only for us to interact with foreigners who runs the place on her behalf. I actually would have paid extra to book somewhere even more comfortable and spent the whole trip apologising to my family for the state of the place as I booked this place. I would recommend that you really don't book there. Pay the extra...I would actually like a refund from Booking and it really put in a sour taste. I have travelled throughout Africa and stayed in really dodgy places especially in DRC and never as bad as this one...
The only good thing is the location. There is actually nothing else to like about the place. I truly will not recommend anyone to stay there.

South AfricaThe place needs a serious upgrade, wifi was not working in the room. Cutlery and crockery for self catering was old and difficult to use. Hot water was an issue, we couldn't use the bathtub. You had to ask for a linen change. Tv had 4 chanels only, amd only 1 was cleaf enough to watch.

South AfricaNo on suite bathrooms,no heater or kettle in room. Shared kitchen with other rooms/ people and kichen and microwave was dirty on Sunday morning. Was phoned by owner twice to move rooms,due to double booking,and seems that the rooms we got was a last minute option,therefore had to share bathroom with my kids.
