What an experience! Amelia's by the Sea has become our absolute favorite slice of heaven. We WILL be coming back here. Jeanne and Tony are the most awesome hosts. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. The only thing I wish we could change was if we could stay a little longer.

Amelia's by the Sea is, without doubt, the best self-catering apartment we've ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, Jeanne and Tony's warm welcome made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—try as I might, I couldn’t find a single fault. Jeanne and Tony are exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. If Amelia's by the Sea appears in your accommodation search, don’t hesitate or look elsewhere—you won’t find better!

The level of care and detail Jeanne and Tony dedicate to the comfort of their guests is outstanding and I applaud it. 10 days after I returned home I received a message from Jeanne to check that I arrived home safely and enjoyed a good holiday. This sets the bar for how hospitality should be done. Room was tastefully furnished and decorated and we were very comfortable.

I loved everything, the only thing I didn't like is that I only booked for one night. Had I know how amazing this place was I would have booked for longer, but it was unfortunately fully booked, which wasn't surprising.

The breakfast was scrumptious, beautifully presented and value for money, all this whilst sitting on the patio with a 180 degree ocean view. Couldn't have asked for more.

A lovely apartment and super friendly and attentive hosts. Comfortable room with sea view and patio, large bed and all mod-cons you could wish for. A really good location in Mossel Bay just a few minutes walk from the beach. Jeanne made us feel at home and gave us a lot of local tips and suggestions. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Everything was perfect.

Everything!! Jeanne and Tony are the perfect hosts. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and it is clear careful attention was paid to every detail in order to make their guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. The welcoming gifts were a lovely touch and trust me when I say you’ve never tasted cupcakes as delicious as the ones we got 😊

We were welcomed by the hosts and they showed us the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and nicely decorated and provides everything you need. The terrace offers ample seating with a bbq and a beautiful view. If needed, the hosts were always reachable and responded quickly.

Everything was of a high standard

We could not believe the attention to detail - from the moment we booked, Jeanne and Tony took a personal interest in us and by the time we arrived we felt and were treated like family. By far the most comfortable and welcoming short stay establishment we have encountered in all our travels around the world.
