The pillows had a funny smell , I advise they be freshened I was not comfortable with being searched by housekeeping when I checked out honestly why would i trust you with my money yet you do not trust my lodging

The room is reasonably comfortable, with basic essentials provided, which is good for a longer-term stay. What could be improved: We had small mini heaters, but it would be nice to have an air conditioner in the future. The kitchen in the top rooms could also use an upgrade, a proper cooker, and a few more conveniences.

I had a wonderful stay at Amoris Randburg! The staff were outstanding, special thanks to Witness and Suzanne, who were both incredibly warm and friendly. Witness gave me such a warm welcome during my late-night check-in after arriving in the country, which made me feel right at home. Suzanne was always pleasant and made sure my room was clean and organized. My room was lovely and had all the essential amenities. I appreciated having a mini fridge to store food and the option to cook my own breakfast in the mornings. The location felt safe, and I truly enjoyed sitting outside on my balcony during sunset it was always such a peaceful moment. The bathroom in the Superior Suite was stunning, with plenty of mirrors and a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing design. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the shower, they didn't pump it, so the drainage was not working. There were no extra blankets even though it was winter season.

It's winter. Why does the room not have an electric blanket??!!

Absolutely loved the garden. Although it was cold my fiancé and I took advantage of it by having a braai, hopefully next time we'll take advantage if the pool too. The service from the ladies was also splendid, they were very accommodating and friendly

My room my was very cold, the Netflix didn’t work and although I had mentioned it when I arrived first day, no one ever came to help sort out the TV.

Very friendly staff. They helped me order food. The internet in my room was not working, they let me work from the reception area while the IT guys was sorting out the internet.
