Poor street road surface.

The host bent backwards to serve an early breakfast to meet our business needs. Very comfortable rooms and spacious lounge. The facility is ideally located near prominent schools and business centre.

The basin in my bedroom was too small but not a big deal. The towels could be a better quality. Please serve 100% fruit juice please.

Geyser water was luke warm throughout, not sure if they forgot to switch it on - it could be improved to be more hot. My partner didn't like the pillows much as they were too hard for them.

A little bit of maintenance is required. And they should also clean up facilities in the kitchen.

Spaciousness, beautiful and peaceful. An all rounder with everything you need from fridge, irons and also a pool, wish it was hot for us to enjoy the space

1. Shower was releasing Luke warm water that was almost cold. It was bad to take a shower in there with almost cold water. 2. There was only juice and coffee for breakfast with no teabags to opt for instead of coffee or juice. 3. Towels will need to be rinsed with a softener. Towels were too hard. 4. First day had just a very little piece of toilet roll as if we were not expected to arrive.

The breakfast menu was good, and staff members were friendly.

The road to the location is terrible and lack of big signage to it made it difficult for me to get there, I had to call the property. They need to update the google map, on this app as it took me to a wrong location. They must offer various options when it comes to coffee,I was not happy with the option give to me.

The place is beautiful and I got value for money and I won’t mind paying more for it.

The road leading to the place isn’t great, they created a work around but be prepared for an uneven and bumpy ride leading up to the gate

The road to the guesthouse needs to be thoroughly paved. And the parking space needs to be extended so that people don’t have to be bothered by someone asking for them to move their car so that they may leave the premises.

The breakfast was amazing . And the portions were perfect and we were well fed .

Depending of availability of land Space, ensure plans to increase Parking inside the premises to avoid congestion of vehicles blocking each other while others are inside the rooms. Other than this no any other thing o didn't like.

Service from the Staff and their good attitude and good communication skills n explanations as well as Breakfast Meals was exceptionally.

1) The road to the property is quite bad 2) there is signage leading to the property but not at the actual property, so signage at the property would be great. 3) Please also offer soft pillows, was a struggle to sleep due to the hard pillows

The place is hard to find. We had to ask for directions from the locals because the GPS on Booking.com are wrong

The size of the rooms, the bathroom, the balcony though the view is not to my taste. the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility

was ok, but would do with a little more personal service rather than pre-packed food. Guests are served food which was already dished into plates and stored for when the guests get to the table, as a result, the food is not entirely hot and fresh
