    Room was generally nice nothing else

    The pillows weren't clean smelling of other people sweat. The Duvet covers were not clean. The noise while we are try to asleep, people play pool 🎱 ... Called to complain but still noise continued for the next 10min..while the policy says no noise from 21:00_06:00..... I don't recommend this guest house they don't take people serious.

    bathroom was clean and the water was hot, plugs were working

    The owner is very rude and the noise is uncontrollable, and parking is limited ,is not advisable to use that venue during winter because there are no electric blankets and they only offer duvet as blankets but i think due to its affordability the above mentioned are expected however the owner was supposed to be respectful, approachable and kind to his client regardless of the amount they paid..

    I just liked the location. It's close to the mall and shopping complexes. Literally walking distances

    The reception was not welcoming. The person that assisted us did not even introduce himself to us. Just greeted and then we told him we were there via our booking, he checked and took us to the room. No communication in terms of the house rules. Challenges for the day etc. Hospitality training is definitely lacking.The door was not locking properly. The tap at the basin was leaking. The Bedding did not smell fresh. I found a piece of a torn condom. There was no hot water, even though the geyser was on. The shower curtains are unhygienic and need to be replaced. There was a broken mirror.The was no WiFi as promised. The room was extremely cold.

    THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE, EVERYTHING WAS VERY BAD, WE DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY THERE. THE WATER WAS VERY COLD THE WHOLE WEEKEND, NO STOVE, NO WiFi, THE PLACE IS NOT SECURED, THERE WERE DIRTY BLANKETS IN ALL OUR ROOMS AND THE BLANKETS ARE ALL OLD THEY NEED TO BE CHANGED, EVERYTHING WAS A MESS. THERE SMELLING OF CIGARETTES WAS DISTURBING US, THE SWIMMING POOL WAS FLYING DIRTY THINGS😭

    The photos are miss leading the room did not look anything like in the photos except for the bath room dut no hot water paid for jacuzzi and could not even shower.

    Not one single thing was correct. I did not even receive a proper invoice to claim from work, I would actually like my money back.

    I liked where it was located. I liked what it looked like in the advertisements.

    Ay Jay's Guesthouse is the worst accommodation I’ve ever booked through Booking.com. It’s a deplorable establishment that fails on every level, and I strongly advise against staying here. The room was filthy, with stains, dust, and questionable deposits on the shower curtains. This level of uncleanliness is a health hazard, making the space uninhabitable. The kitchen sink was equally grimy, unusable for basic tasks. Broken cupboard doors and exposed, possibly illegal, electrical wires posed safety risks, reflecting gross negligence. The internet was intermittent, disrupting plans and adding frustration. Daily ice-cold showers made the stay physically uncomfortable, as hot water is a basic necessity. The owner was rarely present, leaving the property in chaos. Random visitors, not guests, roamed the premises, attempting to "assist us," as we moved out. Worse, individuals, possibly drunk, were found sleeping in common areas like the bar during the day, creating an unsafe and unprofessional environment. Nightly parties, likely attended by these visitors, brought unbearable noise, making rest impossible. Most infuriating, after the owner agreed to let us leave on day two with a promised refund, we’re still waiting for our money. Booking.com’s attempts to contact them were ignored, forcing us to pay for alternative accommodation, doubling our costs. This dishonesty is unacceptable. Ay Jay's Guesthouse is a nightmare of filth, danger, and disruption. The owner’s absence and broken promises compound the misery. Booking.com should delist this property to protect travelers. Avoid this guesthouse at all costs—unless you enjoy discomfort and financial loss. I’ll never return and urge others to steer clear.

    It is very cold air conditioner is not working it is a display for nothing. Water it is very cold can imagine it's winter and we are traveling with kids. I booked a family room but I get 1 double bad and 1 single bad with a stains duvets. We used electric kettle to warm water. No one tell about wifi and staff. I will never booked in that place any more thank you.
