We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My family and I received a warm welcome. The host was so friendly and helpful, when we got there we requested to upgrade our booking and we were upgraded at no extra cost which Is something I have never seen happening in any of the places I have visited around south africa. The breakfast was perfect, the lunch on point. Overall everything was more than I had imagined. This is the best place I have ever been to. 💯
