There is a Turnstile gate available for pedestrians to make it easier to access the mall, however guests cannot access through the gate due to Facial recognition systems that are installed for only permanent residents, and we had to walk all the way around. The damage deposit is immediately payable before your stay however you need to wait for the deposit to be returned. The staff is also not very helpful with giving feedback on when the deposits will be refunded. It was said that refunds are done on Thursdays. The money still does not reflect in my account and the staff members cannot even verify whether the deposit was refunded or not.

The apartment was situated on the 3rd floor. We had a ocean view looking over the mall. The kitchenware was very modern. The apartment was stylish. It was a 5min walk to Boardwalk mall. Two bathrooms in each apartment. Small little balcony with a braai available to use.

The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. Again, the bedding (sheets and duvet) should be that of hospitality establishment.

Location is perfect, close to amenities eg shopping mall, also the sea. It is in a quiet place, clean neighbourhood.

The apartment had everything, cleaning stuff, dish washer, air fryer, washing machine….ect. It felt like I am at home. It was beautiful.

The apartment was specious, neat and modern, the location is perfect great view too you get to see the beach view and it’s closest to the mall. Mercy was very helpful even after hours she was available to assist.

The main bedroom shower did not drain fast enough. Had to wait before finishing shower. Iron plank for ironing could not stand on its own. Broken. Could not access the wiFi Someone parked inour designated space. Did sent whatsApp to host but no reply on all.

Location was well within majour shopping and the beach. Very weel secured with security at the gate entrance. Feels safe

Noise from the construction. I hardly stayed in the unit during the day, as I had to work and the noise was unbearable. The main bedroom bad was too hard for me.

Couldnt use any of the showers. All water kept leaking through and had to clean it the whole time I was there. The deposit does not make sense, its abit hostile and would not stay here again.

The stuff members didn't attend to the challenges that we had at the venue, my kids were unable to use wifi and my wife used the floor as an ironing board
