Beautiful location and welcoming and helpful staff. The Shed restaurant next door is fantastic, with convenient grocery store as well. Enjoyed the horses, zebra and donkeys.

There was nothing not to like about the property, except for one guest who decided to lock the entrance doors, leading to the inside rooms, from the inside and locking everyone out in the night cold and went to sleep despite the security guard informing them to not lock since many guests had not returned. The security and hostess managed to assist with opening the doors.

The breakfast was very tasty and well prepared. The hostess is there ready to make eggs for you. The establishment serves an English breakfast with a variety of cupcakes/muffins on offer also. The dining area is tastefully done up and very home-like with elegant finishes and furniture. The location of the property is in a very quiet and tranquil suburb of Strathmore Park in Dundee and the property boasts a tranquil lake behind it with ducks and various birdlife. Also, there are horses on the property, rabbits that roam around and some peacocks. The rooms are next to none and definitely are the cream of the crop. The rooms are tastefully done, modern elegant with luxurious designs and finishes. Each room is different and the one we occupied had a full kitchen, which was very convenient. There are plenty more elegant rooms to choose from. The staff and hostess are simply the most amazing people that you can find, and they make your stay very warm and welcoming. We are definitely returning for many more stays.

The host is the best, friendliest, and makes it feel like home. The place is quiet, and the horse and donkey paid us a visit by the window, which was a nice experience.

The water wasn’t sufficiently hot for a comfortable shower in the cold weather - it was more lukewarm than warm/hot. I also noticed quite a bit of dust in the room, along with spider webs on the bathroom cornices and skirtings.

Bella’s Rest is a stylish, welcoming and peaceful place. Its ideal for a rest stop or short getaway. Rooms were comfortable, neat with scenic views.

Endless mosquitos in the rooms. Endless blasting music in the area till 1am every night The rooms 1-3 have very thin walls..I could hear the guy in number 1 talking on his fone at12 in the night...not his fault the walls are thin.. The night guard disappeared and we couldn't get access to the premises because guests don't have a remote to access the premises The day shift guard Clive has music blasting on his cell phone whilst sweeping outside my room door at 6am on a Sunday morning..not a very restful weekend After having spent 7000+ for 2 rooms for 3 nights....I feel underwhelmed and money wasted
