We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I sat on a particular seat that was empty and then a staff member told me it was reserved, however there was no reserved sign and when I asked her she said the couple is racist and they are difficult. Me and my partner had to sit on a dirty table that was full of plates and cool drink empties. Till now I’m still hurt by this

South AfricaHaving to go to reception every morning to get exit gate code , which changes every day for security (good move) was annoying instead of being able to go directly to gate and down to beach.
All inclusive package was good as no surprise charges at end of stay. Buffet breakfast was best of the daily meals except very long wait for eggs. Putt-putt course was great fun. Great having a gym.
