The rooms were cold even with the wall heaters on. But to be fair, it has been a bitterly cold winter thus far. The beds are spring based, and my husband likes to rugby tackle the bed when he turns over, so I was bouncing around rather a lot. There was rather a lot of activity during our stay, so we didn't really feel like there was that much privacy as the back garden was a shared space with people coming and going. There was also someone upstairs from us moving furniture around after midnight, which was a bit of an issue with waking up our baby. The water was switched off for the 2nd last day of our stay while they fixed a washer in one of the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient as we had wanted to shower during that time. You take a shower whenever you baby sleeps, as most parents will know. But it wasn't really a train smash.

Our hosts were absolutely lovely people who really took time to chat and care about us. The garden was super for our mini schnauzers and baby daughter to play in with a small fence around it. It was a spacious apartment on the bottom floor. It had wifi and was close to the cliff path for walks and stunning views. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There was an alarm and secure parking, which made us feel safe. It has 2 full bathrooms with baths, which was VERY helpful with a baby.

There are a few appliances that need to be replaced. We saw some rust in the microwave and one of the kettles.

Perhaps include a clothes horse for wet towels and costumes to hang outside - that way visitors don't make a mess with sand inside :-)

The garden is beautiful, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly, the location is great for walks on the cliff or to the tidal pool or harbour and a very short drive into town.

The cozy cottage is imbedded in this very green nice private garden and it's great for families for there are just one large room with 4 beds. We had a wonderful evening here.

Amazing apartments, beautiful and stylish. Comfortable bedrooms beautifully decorated, large living-room with piano. The house of my dream!
