The fact that I had to wake up the manager at 04:30 when I had to leave because the entrance is manually operated.

The staff was very friendly. Philis the manager was great she knows how to make the guests comfortable and went our of her way to open and close the gate as it does nt have a motor so she does it manually.

It's not the same as photos No swimming pool, no fans in rooms. Bedding got burned holes in. Bathing towls extremely hard. No exess remotes, can't leave the premises as you like.. Language barrier between staff and clients.

The bed was too hard. I spent most of the night trying to get comfort, but was unsuccessful. Fan wasnt working.

These people are racist and don’t respect other people. They shouldn’t run a guest Accomodation. They didn’t open up for me because they are racist. From the outside it looks terrible.

It’s not what I expected , sharing the bathroom was the worst and the shower smells bad. In the room there’s no even a mirror. I had to wait long for the workers to open the gate.especially in the morning because they’ll still be sleeping. Left for work at 06:45.

The person who opened the gate did not even greet us. She took us to a small room outside next to the garage. Then another person came (also very unfriendly and did not even greet us) and said the room that wad booked is inside the house. Took us to the room but the curtains were hanging in loops and did not even cover the whole window. We did not feel welcome or secure at all and we left. I would actually like to get a refund.

The service was bad the room was not the one i booked i was sharing bathroom with other people.. The shower had water on the floor i couldn't walk around with my sleepers

The pots where dirty, the other room didn't have no lighting for the whole stay. The beds where uncomfortable, body aches everyday, the closet had a certain smell and the kitchen always had flies with no exterminator. The sink blocked for a few days we had to call the owner too. We found one of the fridges stinking and not cleaned. They didn't clean on new years eve for the whole day. The backyard was not cleaned at all for the whole stay we had to remove some of the rubbish ourselves. In the bathroom the was no fragrance and the tissue kept running out with no replacement in time. The said they have swimming pools and braai areas which was lies, false advertisements. They weren't àny enough spoons for guests to use when eating.

The location was good, and the other staff member was very kind unlike the other one who was arrogant. The where no noise complains or rather quiet times. The location was a good one, close to shops.

No kettle in room, although it was available in kitchen on top of cupboard. The fridge wasn't switched on before our arrival. No descent cups available for coffee.
