I would prefer a new menu every day Not the same menu to choose from with not a lot of choices.

Loved everything about Cheetah Ridge Lodge. Our Guide went out of his way for us and the bar, restaurant and kitchen staff were exceptional. Except for one freezing cold night, our fire in the room was not lit, neither could we light it. It was a very, very cold night, the room was freezing and one could not get warm.

The staff were absolutely incredible. Cayde, our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Spe, the barman is a genius mixologist and a wonderful human. Each staff member made us feel welcomed and served us beyond all expectations. A true gem of a team and property.

The amount one has to spend when one doesn't consume alcohol seems a bit disproportionate. I would prefer it if ( inclusive, ment tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water. Perhaps a choice of complementary soft drinks) Then patrons who do want to drink alcohol should pay a different rate. Simple, booking with or without alcoholic beverages. Those not drinking should get a reduced rate. Those drinking should pay for there alcohol. There could also be a little more information about the area, the reserve, the animals. Perhaps a brochure in the rooms. Including a list of wildlife you can expect to see in the reserve.

The staff were all very friendly. Our room was luxurious and very comfortable. Because we were only there for one night, we didn't spend much time in it. The communal dining area was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The rangers were friendly. They answered questions when asked. The facility has a beautiful warm bar area. This caters specifically to those who enjoy there alcoholic beverages. Any issues were resolved by management who go out of their way to please.

Five star everything. Staff, accommodation, spa services and game drives. Everyone is treated like they are special. Such an awesome place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Would return in a heartbeat. Will never forget our first contact with the cheetah brothers who posed regally for us and on our last game drive we saw the cheetah cubs sunning themselves with Mum.

Everything, Ryan our guide was exceptional, couldn’t rate him higher. The staff were all fantastic, Sifiso was a delight and incredibly professional. Siya picked an excellent wine for us when the one we ordered was out and just made our dinner special. I cannot say enough about how good everyone and everything was.

Dinner - duck was dry and difficult to cut. The next night the linefish had lots of bones. This was a disappointment as everything else was good.

Amazing service, great viewing, very comfortable rooms. Best massage. Breakfast and lunch selection good and very tasty. Ryan our ranger was excellent.

Nothing to do with lodge itself but i expected nambiti to have more animals - one had to drive considerably to even view elephants and zebras which are abundant in other reserves.

Had an outstanding experience from room to the food and the guides . The staff was amazing and took great care of us and my kids. Arranged a nanny so me and my husband could go to the spa and also allowed the entire family to stay in the suite . The lodge has a waterhole behind it with lovely viewings of giraffes and even hippos if one is lucky

we loved everything. the staff from before we arrived and throughout our stay we're so accommodating and welcoming, knowing our names and being so attentive. the food was absolutely lovely with a wonderful selection and the location and facilities were top class. we especially loved the game drives and for our guide, nothing was too much of a problem. Leslie went out of his way to take this trip to the next level! An experience we will cherish.

No toilets for the ladies during the game drives! Thought it would be nice to have some stops with 1 loo available. Being pregnant didn’t help the matter and just had to try not to drink anything before or during which was quite hard. Not a massive deal though.

All the meals were amazing! Loved the intimate, warm atmosphere and all the smiley friendly staff. We were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail including timing everything impeccably. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!
