Loved how it felt like home. We had everything at hand that we needed, and the facilities definitely caters for families. We liked having immediate updates of wildlife around the area. The hosts were there for any questions or queries! We loved the privacy that we had.

I wish we saw more animals, luckily this is not the hosts problem. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

The cabin is well layed out, gives you a view of the bush from the deck. Cozy even during the cold. Everything youll need is there.

I assumed the full property was ours, and would not have booked if I knew the owners live in, on the property. This is a purely personal preference and perhaps I was too hasty on my booking.

If your goal is to spend time with friends, and want a fully kitted bushveld experience, this is definitely it. Braais, and wood are sorted, everything you might need food-wise is available and easily accessible, the property is in a safe location. The owners were super friendly, answered all questions in a record time, and had daily suggestions on what to do. Really beautiful hosts. The internet was glitch free. Super extras like the jacuzzi and pizza oven were available.

Lucky to see elephant, giraffe, wildebeest, zebrs and warthog up close on accomodation boundary wall. Beds super comfotable. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful.

We were provided all the information upfront, and met at the property. The rooms and main house are lovely, and have everything you need, and slept in comfort for the whole family. Everything was clean and tidy on arriving. The lounge area and office are also handy and ideally situated. The entertainment area was perfect for us, and spent most of our time there, using the jacuzzi, and great social events with the pizza oven. The deck overlooking the reserve is a perfect way to relax and have breakfast, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and spot many animals. The pool was clean and well maintained, great for any hot summer days. As the evening went on, it is great to spend time around a huge fire pit, chatting and looking at the stars, while listening for any movement beyond the wall, and going to the deck to check if any visitors stopped by. The hosts were friendly, professional and eager to help us with information on game drives, and finding out more about the area and hot spots for animal sightings. Overall we couldn’t have asked for more, the family, adults and children, all had a great time together.

the lighting in the house is a bit weird - and very dimly lit. the interior of the house is a bit dated and dark. however, we spent most our time outside at the entertainment area and only used the house to sleep. Bathrooms are a bit dated but were still very clean and perfectly usable. the oven is not great, rather prepare to braai, use the pizza oven or stove.

it was a lovely easter weekend with family. a huge garden, a pool, a game viewing deck and an amazing entertainment area where we spent most our time. lots of fridge and freezer space.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house and garden facilities are comfortable and well kept. We enjoyed the viewing deck, the recreation area in the garden, the jacuzzi and the pizza oven! Thanks Michael & Adri for helping us making the best pizza!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect....our hosts were welcoming and friendly, directions very good, beds where comfortable and everything clean and ready for us. Kitchen and entertainment area had everything we needed to prepare our food and Boma area was great! We had great fun (and great mess😂) making our own pizzas in the pizzas oven. Overall, we had a wonderful time with family and friends and would definitely recommend Comfortable 10 Guest house.

Nothing, I loved everything.

I loved everything. The hosts, home and location. It was such a lovely time and a perfect family getaway. The property is spacious and stocked up with all the general things you’d most likely use. My favorite room was the entertainment room, I could spend all day in there. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. You can easily spot some animals from the property and reserves with game drives are close by. If you are looking for valuable time spent with loved ones, I 100% recommend this home. I will most definitely be back!

The location, the extra facilities (hot tub, boma, game viewing deck, waterholes, kids toys, etc.) were all pleasant surprises and our hosts (Mike and Adri) were exceptionally welcoming, responsive and friendly - a joyous family celebration in a totally relaxing and peaceful setting!

Nothing. There is a dirt road to the property but we made it in a small hatchback without damage or hassel.

Everything was amazing. There is nothing they haven't thought of to make a stay comfortable. The house comes with an entertaining area which has a pool (shared with another cottage) and private hot tub, TV, braai area. The beds are comfortable and there is a study area if you need to work remotely. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher. Thanks Michael and Adri for a wonderful stay.

We traveled with our children and grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities are first class and the hosts are easy going and very hospitable. Early mornings and evenings with coffee on our private deck overlooking the waterhole, watching the sunrise, were sublime. There are so many options for braaing indoors or out, a fully equipped kitchen, plentiful seating and a refreshing pool. Highly recommended.

Michael and Adri were amazing hosts and incredibly hospitable. The braai room facilities offer so much variety for entertainment and cooking. We loved the viewing deck and got to see several animals at the waterhole. The main house and braai room are fully stocked with all essentials and appliances. Incredible for families and big groups.

Absolutely nothing! I loved everything.

Everything! Michael and Adri have gone out of their way to make you feel “home away from home.” Their property was big enough for a group of six. They offered plates, towels, swim towels, acess to the pool and the hot tub etc. The view from the deck is amazing! We sat there for hours and spotted Kudu,giraffe’s and impala. I honestly could go on, but this is definitely top 5 of places I’ve stayed at. Perfect for a large group!

The hosts were amazing; they even offer game drives from the lodge into Dinokeng Reserve. Which is great for families as you can be on your time rather than rushing to a meeting point.

The house is extremely clean and the club house was the highlight of our stay. We swam, used the jacuzzi, made pizza, braai'ed and played games while we were there. We were never bored as there is so much to do. From relaxing and reading a book to watching tv, lots to entertain yourself with. The hosts were friendly and responded straight away if we had any questions. Thank you for the lovely stay. Would definitely return.

The entertainment area is a bit of distance to the main house.

Excellent location just outside of Pretoria, beautiful property nestled within the vast game reserve. Michael and Adri were very friendly and welcoming. Everything in the property was clean and in good condition.
