With my knowledge breakfast starts at 7 to 10 but when We were eating Breakfast not even a 20 minute one Man told us we supposed to go time is over I disappointed

All Breakfast has eggs. If you dont eat eggs or pork youre in trouble! They dont accommodate vegans & non pork and dont even allow substituting for the food you dont eat. They dont change linen regularly for long term guests. I struggled with that & it was very disappointing.

The bed in room 32 it need to be change and also their lined is torn and old, this time I was real not happy with the room but for the first time I was happy to be with them but this time no I am disappointed.

Size of shared room showers, but atleast there was one which was a reasonable size as an alternative.

On my first day my room was not cleaned and my bed was like the way I left it in the morning when I arrive in the evening from the event I was attending. I also saw some small cockroaches, maybe it was the bins that were not emptied on the first day.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely valued. Though there was a brief delay in locating my booking, the security personnel handled the situation with utmost professionalism and kindness, offering heartfelt apologies throughout. I was then assisted by a courteous young gentleman who not only continued to express sincere regret for the wait but also extended a warm invitation for me to return to Concord Christian Guesthouse in the future, a gesture I deeply appreciated. What stood out to me even more was the thoughtful attention to guest comfort, particularly the unique and considerate provision of ironing facilities. The visible availability of an ironing board and equipment for guest use is a rare and commendable touch: One that reflects the guesthouse’s commitment to excellence and hospitality. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and well-considered environment. I look forward to returning.

The bedroom was not only aesthetically pleasing and maintained to a high standard, but it also carried a profound sense of peace through its Christ, centered atmosphere. I felt an added layer of comfort and security, inspired by the beautiful declaration of God’s love displayed on the wall in honor of the Most High in your breakfast venue regardless of missing out being served your breakfast. But my breakfast was what I saw written on the wall... May the Lord graciously expand and bless the work of Concord Christian Guesthouse. I was equally impressed by the affordability of the hall rental rates: An excellent option for anyone seeking a venue for a day event. This has certainly captured my attention, and I am seriously considering hosting an event there in the near future.

That 2pm checkin time if you arrive early you are bound to wait.

My go to space when in Durban conveniently located and easily accessible. Definitely recommend it to my colleagues. NIce and welcoming environment.
