Restuarant was closed on Sundays, not indicated in material, selected on having a meal there. Arrived for breakfast( included in rate) nothing set up, not even expected, only thing was coffee no milk. .Given no choice, not even asked, just given a plate of eggs bacon etc. Wasn't a great experience especially as had paid for it but appreciated getting something.

The soap was not replenished and it was a small container, please consider increasing quantity and replenishing for guest staying more than a day. Restaurant : Did not enjoy my dinner, prawns under cooked, overall meal was poor.

Bedding is a bit outdated, perhaps get new bedding and provide extra blankets for those who don't wanna have the a/c running all night in winter cos it's does get very cold. A few mats in the room would be. It does get a bit too loud at night from the bar area but it doesn't go on all night, that may be a problem if u js want a quiet stay.

This place is just amazing, beauty every where you look... well thought out concept. The room was very very spacious, just wht we needed as a family of 3. You've got enough amenities provided for shower and coffee. Breakfast was great too with a wide range of food to choose from. Everything was nice and clean. The staff is friendly as well, especially that guy who greets you by the gate- very warm & helpful. Will definitely visit the place for a weekend getaway in summer.

Unfortunately, there were no winter blankets available in the room for additional warmth. We were not able to order food from the restaurant on Sunday and we were not informed about that.

Firstly, the location was not easy to find and on the provided number we spoke to the lady who was not as nice, and made us uncomfortable. Secondly, we paid for a couple including the breakfast but to our surprise we were told at the reception that we should top up the payment and pay for breakfast of 1 person as the booking only covers 1 person for breakfast. Which was also uncomfortable. No client will be happy for hidden costs.the worse part is that we are travel agents and tour operators, imagine if this was happening to our clients? Otherwise the facility is marvelous, they should just avoid hidden costs and try to talk to clients with patience.

Renovations currently underway may bother some people.

Easily accessible location just off the main road into town. A beautiful room with airconditioning - nice size bathroom with large shower. The rooms are set in amongst beautiful garden areas and walkways. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant which was very welcome after a long day of travelling - set menu options - the food was fantastic.

The thatch roof is not clean from the inside, the guest house could install a ceiling to provide a cleaner looking atmosphere from the inside.

I would possibly make sure that someone allocated where to park. Someone was parked in my parking spot and there is limited parking.
