The reception and receptionist was not the friendliest on Friday night when we booked in. If it were not for this , I would have rated the whole experience a 10.

Great breakfast. The ambience was peaceful and quiet. Although the hotel was not full, the staff still gave us a 5 star treatment with the exception of receptionist who did the booking in on Friday night.

Beautiful tranquil atmosphere almost a hidden gem. The gardens and decor pays attention to detail. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to anywhere looking for comfort and elegance at a sho left.

The room small, shower did not work properly. The bed lamp next to my husband had open wires. We unplugged it. Think completely overcharged for this room.

Our room door could not lock. That made me a bit uneasy. Door to the balcony did not open with ease.

The staff at Cradle Mount was amazing with special mention of Agnes and the lady in the dining area was the most obliging.

Our door didn't lock, the rooms were too expensive for a hotel that doesn't have a proper service after 9pm, tried getting to reception at 8.30 there was no one

Breakfast was excellent the usual continental spread was available. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds & air conditioned. Mini toiletries shower gel, lotion soap are in the bathrooms with towels. Iron & ironing board available upon request. Close to a mall but you would never say it's quite & peaceful at the venue. Would definitely return if I visit again. Reception was still around even when we came home after 12p.m. still with the same friendly energy. There is security upon entry.

I was given a back room, like why would I want to sleep in a dungent. Had to speak to Itumeleng as the place was empty and I couldn’t understand why I would be allocated a room next to the generator with no view. At least that was sorted. I am mentioning this so that management is aware and not include this room in the occupancy.

The place is clean, but the surrounding are not represented well, still under construction.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast so much. The room and bed had a lot of white people hair. Was hitting that base around the bed most of the time and it can be hazardous. I found no complementary water in the rooms, and there is only one trash can which is placed in the bathroom.

The location of the place is good, the staff was friendly, and the place is beautiful, a well kept garden. I liked the fact that you can access the room without passing through the reception.

Stay was short and pleasant and I have nothing to complain about.

One night overstay was pleasant. Arrived very late staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. were most willing to help with directions at that hour.

- The first room on the left (room 1) is very close to the kitchen which gets loud and wakes you up in the morning when the kitchen staff comes in.

- Great location to the event we attended - Very clean - Great receptionist who was accommodating - Great Value for money
