Belgiumthe breakfast is short on options, I believe you could improve the offer there, specially by providing fruits or other protein choices but it wasn’t bad anyway. It does serve for its purpose. The cover of the mattress was dirty and we only found out the last day, would be nice to keep a close eye on having these little details, for the rest the place is PERFECT and I would anyway stay one more time given the chance
Mrs Marty is an excellent host! This place is adorable and cozy, it will make you feel like being at home, very familiar… it has 2 pools and they are very nice to swim in, the room is super spacious and has a big terrace(we got room number 3) with a bathroom featuring both an 80s style bathtub and a shower, and also a walking closet that made the room had more space. There’s nothing to eat around BUT Mrs Marty will call delivery from any place and make sure you will get your food, and the room didn’t feature a hair dryer but Mrs Marty was kind enough to solve this for us and get us one right away. The place has also a guest cottage or place that has a large living room with a cozy and long sofa with air conditioning, a bar, a toilet and a mini kitchen that is made for guests to share and is really nice!! i really loved this part of the house… The power went off on the neighbourhood due to an outrage BUT the house had a plant and we were able to have electricity that night regardless. Overall we would stay a second time given the opportunity

South AfricaThe white lady who works at the reception desk was not professional enough. We arrived before check in time and she allowed us to wait outside with our bags., until one of the cleaning staff accommodated us next to the pool and gave us water. She was so friendly and welcomed us with good hands. The following day another guest arrived before check in time but they were given their room without any hustle. I perceived the lady as a racist because I'm black and the Quests that were allowed to check in were the Indians. The attitude of the receptionist is bad and needs to be trained on customer care.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the big rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The wide range of facilities, including the pool table, dart board, and multiple pools, provided plenty of entertainment options for everyone. Lovely wholesome breakfast was served to us in the morning. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Richards Bay, and we truly appreciated the thought put into making it a great experience for guests. Thank you!

South AfricaThey didn't cater for me as I am lactose intolerant, no shower caps in the shower. Our last night there was a sound of the alarm and things falling down downstairs, it was scary as we didn't know what was happening and the following morning no one said anything about it.
The breakfast was cooked deliciously, enough portions, location was close to the beach and restaurants, safe with a locked garage. Sheets were clean, bed was very very comfortable.
