The noise that came from a water tank generator. It disturbed our rest badly.

The location is great and easily accessible. The staff treatment was excellent and sociable

We waited long before the gate was opened and the area is dodgy at night. But apart from that it's okay.

There is no breakfast served. The place is an old residential place revamped into a lodging setup. It give an 1990s vibe. The deco is like white Afrikaans vintage style. The toilet set is something you won't find in any home depot shop it's like three decades old style. But the stuff is friendly and helpful.

The noise from the car washes made it unbearable for one to fall asleep. Been made to wait in a substandard room while there were other people busy in the room that I booked was not ok for me at all. I wonder if there are double bookings taken or my room was sold to others off record and I had to wait in another which didn't have amenities that I booked for.

The location was close to my meeting venue so convenient. The staff was very friendly

-Parking can be challenging when you drive SUV -The rooms were too close in way that i can hear people talking in another room… -Sharing it can be a challenge because you have to go on a queue if all the guest want to bath at the same time.

-The prices for accommodation were good -Staff were friendly and smiley -The room was perfectly clean

Socialization, laughter we shared, security & the tranquil area

Care taker was great and there's of the guests. We had breakfast together of Portuguese rolls I bought & cocktail I made from oasis flavoured water I made.. & wevlaughed together ❤️. It was great to be with rainbow nations from different mothers but same Father Jesus Christ.

Very expensive with poor facilities,when you want to take a bath you have to ask for the gyser to be switched on. I had to ask to be moved to another room as they would wake me up at 5 asking to switch on the gyser that was in the unit

I reserved via booking.com and immediately called the property after I've reserved and they told me I must come and pay so that they can be able to reserve it for me I then went there to pay but refused to give me the keys and told me the reason not giving me the keys is clients loose them and refuse to pay, so because I was attending an event closer the the Guest house & the receptionist asked at what time I will be back and I told her about around 9 but I couldn't be back by that time and came back around 2am ( their Guest house it's a 24hrfacility). I tried to call the reception several time with no answer & sometimes it would say line busy , I rang the bell as well but there was no answer, I was basically at the gate for 20 minutes with no help( where was a security to attend to clients at the gate). I had to go book somewhere else and then came back in the morning to request for a refund and they refused to give my money back and told me they do not refund, they told me they didn't hear me ring the bell but opened the gate for clients who came back at 4am

People were making noise inside the building, I could not rest.Sharing the bathroom but advert on booking.com said private bathroom and TV is controlled by them whenever you wanna change the channel you have to go to them
