The school next to the property detracts from privacy, especially when the parents fetch their children and camp out directly in front of the rooms with the children running around

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at d'Olyfboom Guest House B&B. From the moment we arrived, Debbie was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, a spacious bathroom and a coffee machine. I especially appreciated the extra touches, such as the chocolates, wifi and the pre-packed breakfast due to us checking out early. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back!

We had a noisy fridge so switched it off for the night

The location is quiet and has a perfect view over Paarl towards the mountains. Rooms are huge, bed super confortable, bathrooms gigantic. The extras like a nespresso machine or the super good smelling products by Earth for your bath or shower. I love seeing that rooms are maintained with loving care from one year to the next. The weekend breakfast formula at Frenchies is fabulous too.

Would suggest the toilet glass panel gets a mural or design, to make a bit more closed off if bathroom is shared, and also reduces risk of walking into panel when going to toilet during night, if forgotten it was there.

The view from the rooms are stunning, the rooms are quite big and well setup with everything you may need and more. The bed was extremely comfy and big, the rooms are spacious and are airconned, and the water pressure was perfect in the showers. Ticked all the right boxes for a fantastic weekend accommodation.

The grounds of the hotel are incredibly beautiful and overlook the valley below… it was as beautiful in the evening before sunset as it was at sunrise. I checked in late, and the staff were so warm and welcoming… they accommodated my late check-in. The bed was comfortable, clean and cosy, the bathroom impeccably done. Breakfast on site was delicious… I cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything to everyone who helped me make my stay amazing

May stay exceeded all expectations! The porch overlooks the beautiful Paarl mountains and the tiny personal touches and attention to detail made the stay extra special. I could continue raving about the check-in experience, lovely breakfast, staff, interior, comfortable bed, cleanliness, amazing bathtub and shower etc etc. I would recommend staying at d'Olyfboom when travelling to or through Paarl area. I'll definitely be back.
