Liked everything....maybe have a reception desk or check in desk....please repair the skew lamp in the dining room. It will driving anyone with OCD bonkers!

Despite the fact I told the lady at arrival I would like to have plain yoghurt & fresh fruit for breakfast, this was a surprise to her when I arrived at breakfast. However fruit was available, so I cut the fruit myself and used the flavored banana yoghurt.

Very clean & well protected stand alone house in the old part of Louis Trichardt. A nice terrace and breakfast / shared sitting area. A comfortable & very clean room with kitchenette and an excellent bathroom (perfect shower!)

A fantastic stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped with excellent amenities, making it extra comfortable. This guesthouse is truly the perfect place to stay in Louis Trichardt , highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Loved everything about DE Akker, Busi was great. My wife actually forgot her glasses when we checked out and we got a message before we got to the N1 🫡. Check in was seamless, didn't have to ask for WiFi password, everything was provided. Very good WiFi connectivity. We enjoyed breakfast also.

A cooked breakfast on the weekend would be nice, but we did appreciate the breakfast box to take with us on the road.

A lovely little guest house in the heart of town. We stayed at the property for one night on our way to Kruger. It is centrally located and close to restaurants, for dinner or lunch. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Maybe add a microwave and ironing facilities in the room.

It was balanced diet, there was no need to go to the dining room. The room was very clean, the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. There was a bar fridge with bottled water, a TV,ample lighting in the room, proper wardrobe to hang clothes and clean linen.

Beautiful big room that is tastefully decorated. Kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom was amazing. The garden is lush picturesque. Although we did not have breakfast, the communal lounge and eating area looked inviting.

Very clean, neat and spacious rooms. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and accommodated all our needs. The owner also made lots of helpful suggestions when unexpected rain dampened our plans to braai.

There was no intercom button at the gate to the property and nobody could hear our knocking on the gate. There should have been a button or at least a note on the gate to contact the owner to open the gate.

Nice newish establishment. Well planned room layout. Nice garden area and looked like a nice lounge area (which we did not use).

The mattress was a little too hard for our preference.

This property is absolutely beautiful and located on a quiet street. The pictures do it no justice. The room was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated & the property grounds well maintained. It is very well priced & the breakfast box exceeded our expectations. The lady that welcomed us was friendly & professional. The property has all the amenities one would appreciate, from soft plush towels to a pair of scissors.
