The gate operation wasn’t really good, we had to wait at the gate for a couple of minutes, we were not supposed to blow the horns for them to realize that we’re at the gate.

It’s a spirit cooler, very chilled and clean.

Not much i didnt like, just minor things to be attended to It was 1 towel for 2 people in the bathroom especially spending 3 nights there with one towel There were NO mirrors in the room Facials, just wish they can asses the person's face before they apply their product, especially ensuring that there are no Contraindications. Some of our skins reacts to some products, if they can only do something about that.

1. The kitchen staff being very slow with meals 2. lady that serves food should learn to be friendly with guests 3. Being served the same breakfast plate for the whole weekend.... 4. The guests should be given a choice of having brown or white bread instead of deciding for them.. 5. The spicy bean salad should be optional because not everyone likes spicy food

The people attending the birthday celebration made noise till late. We had a problem with ants in the room which went into our food. The pool water was very cold due to being under the shade. Wish the pool could get a bit of the sun

The hotel is in a very peaceful area and close to a shopping complex which makes thing easier.

No microwaves whereas they do not provide dinner meals. My room did not have hot water so I had to bath the prison style, with cold water. It happened in the early morning when it was still cold because I had to travel very early for my distance driving trip. The chef prepared us take away breakfast but it was like a nursery school kid lunch box, very small portions of everything from bread to fries. Actually small portions is an under statement, it was really a joke when I opened the package.

All was great, except for the occasional dip in the performance of the Wi-Fi. Seems like Telkom had performance issues during the time. However, my Vodacom connectivity was very good

The location of the hotel is in a very nice and quiet place. We also had a full English breakfast prepared to our satisfaction. The place is very clean, both inside and outside. I fully recommend the venue

Nothing. Best spa hotel ever.

The hotel is modern and located away from the noisy city. We enjoyed sundowners on our room's balcony while taking in the magnificent view. The staff were just lovely and very warm. Our room had a bar fridge and microwave. The shower was just amazing.
