The gate was not locked when we got there and also when we left in the morning ,which was not a good indicator of good security.Also the bathroom is wee wee tiny,and water splashes from the shower when in use but for what you pay,I guess you can suck it. Finally the heaps of garbage bags we saw next to the gate does not give the place a good look

It a good overnight accommodation with clean linen.Its ok for people who are in transit,one or two max days.

Shower didn't have something to cover with, no towel, vodacom network difficult, dstv is not full, no cathering facility to order foods

Gate security control system is poor. It's not safe, gate doesn't lock and opens manually - high chances of getting mugged or car being hijacked

Nothing, just an advise, they must always have a spare blanket for every room, Northam is very cold and there must always be a backup to keep customers warm even if there is loadshedding. Must improve on Kitchen Facilities as well as some customers might need coffee from bed.

The staff was amazing, communication was excellent. It made every request or concerned I had much easier. The room was clean and spacious, well the WiFi as well, was using their WiFi all the way, another good thing is there is an improved coverage in terms of network in Northam, my Telkom WiFi wouldn't work, now there is coverage which was good for me everywhere I go.

The location is not ideal for me

I just needed a place to sleep, and it provided that. The place is clean and comfortable. It's ideal if you want a township experience.

Poor aircon. The room was just too hot to sleep in

The air conditioning remote did not have batteries and it was scorching hot outside and we had to buy our own remote. The microwave was even worse, it had mould and rust at the top of which I don’t think that is hygienic. And the sheets on the bed were torn they had holes and the beds don’t have a mattress protector. The one leg of the bed kept on popping out.

THE TOILETS AND THE SHOWER WERE VERY DIRTY, YOUR TOILETS MUST BE WHITE INSIDE AND OUT,YOUR SHOWER FLOORS MUST BE SCRUBBED AND THE SHOWER GLASS MUST BE CLEAN. YOUR STAFF IS JUST DOING THE BARE MINIMUM WHEN CLEANING, THEY MUST CLEAN THE TOILETS, A TOILET MUST BE WHITE INSIDE YOUR blinds are broken, I had to use my dress for privacy to cover the window. VERY DIRTY TOILETS THE TOILET AND BEDDING IS THE 1ST IMPRESSION OF CLEANLINESS THE BATHROOM DOOR FRAMES ARE FULL OF RUST, THE HANDLE IS BROKEN THE FRIDGE IS DIRTY INSIDE

The room is/was spacious, there’s air conditioning, enough parking area. The place is clean & peaceful. Kind & friendly staff.

WiFi socket, poor cell phone connectivity, only one towel, no complementary shower gell and shampoo, there was a used bar of soap (puzzlingly this used bar of soap was advertised as something of a positive facility in this establishment????). It doest provide meals (especially breakfast - this should be mentioned in the profile online information) The bed linen was torn with holes in it, the curtain in the front glass front was ill-fitting, it didn't cover the whole glass front - anyone outside could see you inside. Generally, it was barely better than nothing (even though I opted for the higher end of the rooms available). The booking App sucked!!! I don't think I would go back there anytime soon unless all other guest houses in the area are fully booked!

Location was okay, close to the main/central business district. At least it had an air on system that worked very well, and a fridge, the only things that I needed in the trip.
