The space seemed like a personal space. There were non- smoking rules everywhere that bored me as a non-smoker who booked knowing that they were no smoking premises. I was uncomfortable, I don't want to lie. The curtains and the bedding were creased - that made us feel unwelcome and undermined🤞🏽

Firstly, there was duck poo everywhere even on the patio. Secondly, the woden headboard in the main room had these bugs that were all over the room; it was also very dusty. Thirdly, I would have prefered parking closer to the room, as we had lots of things to carry.

The place has beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. My kids enjoyed the place.

Hair in plughole in bath and bathroom bun not cleaned out on arrival.

The location is idyllic. The birds in the pond are mesmerising and entertaining. The walks along the nature reserve are lovely and the cliffs and mountains around the areas are amazing. The unit itself was spacious. We appreciated the tumble dryer for getting towels dry each day. Having borehole water was fantastic for washing hair.

The rooms had alot of corpses of mosquitoes and insects on the walls.. Toilet doors don't lock 1 unit had no cold water Another unit ,the aircon was not working but we were told there's a fan there..go figure!! Kitchen area in the same unit is very small.. In the other units, 6 sleeper is actually 2 x 2 sleeper bedrooms and 1 x sleeper couch.the blankets were smelling for the sleeper couch and no bed sheets provided. The other flop is there's no launch pad for boats from the resort itself and we were told the parking for vehicles were near the units..it was quite far

The resort is absolutely lovely 👌👌👌 Absolutely loved the peaceful nature of the place and the dam.jad lots of fun with the kiddies. Gate staff were awesome. Had some complaints about the reception lady

Network is 👎 bad. Atleast Tuckshop for small staff we unable to bring. WiFi in future even if is at cost. Cleaning tools inadequate.

Quiet Place for Resting and Only Nature revive me. Decent and calming environment 😌. Good for Family Resting Holiday. All in one place except easy food.

The sleeper couch was not too comfortable. Some of the outside furniture and cutlery was well worn (pot lid handles missing, outside chairs weathered etc.) It could have been cleaner, the fridge was leaking as it did not close properly and lots of cupboards and draws had old detergent, packets, plastic cutlery etc.

Lovely family location, my kids had a wonderful time fishing in the catch and release dam. The swimming pool and games area were thoroughly enjoyed! Not too far from the shops and close to other activities in the area. The rooms were well furnished and aircons were wonderful.

We couldn't go at the pool at our own time because the managers were holding a meeting at the pool and we were not notified when they were done.

It was my first booking through this site that I was asked to carry my own Toilet Roll, dish washing liquid and towels. At the minimum Toilet roll should be provided

The location is very close to Wild Coast Sun. The unit is clean and neat.
