We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I needed a cosy little place to stay for one night that was close to Michaelhouse, with a comfortable bed, dinner, WiFi and a bar to have a few drinks, nothing fancy or ostentatious. Got exactly what I wanted for next to nothing.
Value for money. Proprietor run business and the owners take personal care in their guests’ comfort. It’s not the Palace of the Lost City, but it’s not priced as the Palace. If you need a few nights accommodation in the Midlands thats clean, comfortable and friendly, you’d be hard pressed to find a better spot at a better rate.
