Not a didn't like... more a suggestion. Maybe an extra 'mud mat' for the entrance, or maybe a slab to bang off muddy feet outside the door?

The attention to detail (Orchid in the bathroom). Fresh milk in the fridge, rusks in the jar, tasteful decor, plenty of firewood supplied for those cold evenings.

The inverter sound was very loud, which took away from the peace and tranquility of the area, this went quiet late in the evening and then continued in the morning, the water pressure was very low so you couldn't do things like wash dishes when your partner is showering.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, she answered a query about something very quickly, we were left alone to enjoy with little to no interruptions, the facilities were cozy and well furnished with some nice touches like a small bottle of milk in the fridge, coffee and tea, the host supplied a high chair to accommodate our baby and firewood was available to make a cozy fire.

The place had the most Beautiful view. Our host was very friendly. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable. The rooms were perfect and the sleeper couch was vvery comfortable. Over all a wonderful experience in a secure and beautiful environment.

It was cold the first night & the heaters in the bedrooms were disconnected & so was the infrared heating in the bathroom not working either. It would have been nice if it worked, however it was really only needed for the one night as temperatures then improved

The fireplace was great during the evenings, bed very comfortable & bathroom spacious with big shower. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Bedding, towels & unit was super clean

Judy was an amazing host. She was friendly, warm and welcoming and checked in on us on a regular basis. She even went the extra mile to get me the most beautiful flowers and a card for my birthday. It was such an unexpected surprise and it meant so much to me.

Invertor is great, except it's location is poor as it is noisy in the early mornings. A minor thing though.

This place is amazing. A pitty we only stayed one night. We got "lost" on our way there, Judy and Rob found us and we followed them to their paradise. They even towed our heavy caravan to the top (as the hill is steep and it was raining), as we got a 4x2 and they offered to do it with their 4x4.

Cold water was turned off due to plumbing issue - affected bathroom sinks, not showers. Obviously, it's not as bad as if it were the hot water. Small issue - Kitchen sponge provided was very old and used. Would be better to receive a new one. We had our own Two pin plug adapter - but it would be great to have one available.

Clean, spacious modern rooms, both en suite with large showers and each room has ceiling fan as well as lounge. Fyi Property is on a long gravel road (curry's post road).

An amazing location with thee most pleasant hosts , the accomodation is worth it and very reasonably priced . The host was soo welcoming and helpful , place has an inverter soo didn't feel the load shedding . They also have dogs on the property that are soo friendly they kept us entertained and busy for weekend . Definitely love the place will be back there soon

The factory in the area can, at times , be noisy when you are outside.

Very friendly and helpful host who gave great advise on routes and sites. Spacious, neat, comfortable and well-equipped unit, even with back-up electricity supply. Great location too!
