We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

South AfricaAt first, I was concerned about the poor Wi-Fi connection, which nearly left me disappointed. However, to my surprise, the issue was quickly resolved by the staff—even without me reporting it. That proactive service really stood out. I also had a bit of difficulty figuring out how the shower operated, as the water control was integrated into the shower head—a design I wasn't familiar with. Thankfully, the staff were quick to assist and explained it clearly. Their responsiveness made all the difference.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay—particularly impressed by the spacious room and bathroom, which offered both comfort and elegance. The floors were spotless, and the room was neatly organized, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the staff’s professionalism; they were consistently attentive and courteous throughout my stay. A truly well-managed and dependable team.

LesothoThe curtains were torn, and other traveller's on the next room were kn the balcony. They saw me half naked in my room because the curtains were torn and could not cover the whole window. The other time when I was there, I woke up from sex noise because the walls are not soundproof. It was disturbing and scary.
