South AfricaWhen we went it was during the week and perhaps a little quiet. There were not many staff around but it was adequate for us. The people we did encounter were quite friendly.
It was a cozy little stop over for us on a trip. It was a lovely stop. Although it was quiet and not many staff or people around, we found it just enough to provide just enough service.

Spent a night for our anniversary and was upgraded to the presidential Suite. The reception staff was unbelievable amazing and we were really impressed . The unit was exceptionally well sized . As an Architect, I was very happy with the layout .
