The rooms and the views are as advertised. Family friendly, the staff was on point and very helpful, room service daily, overall great stay.

They have nice and friendly staff, They go an extra mile to make you happy.. We enjoyed the view right next to the beach and a nice and clean swimming pool, though the weather was not great I could'nt leave without getting into the pool.

The fact that I was informed 2 hours before our arrival that they are busy with renovations and the bar won't be open It would have been good to informed me before I did the booking . Also no complementary coffee, tea or sugar. I really think that the property should have informed me as you book and the expect to pay for what you advertise.

The linen needs an update, stains and a hole here and there. Rooms definitely need some TLC, a coat of paint, straighten the shelves.. dust the cobwebs.. just small things can pick up the rooms a bit and better toilet paper would be nice, doesn’t have to be expensive but definitely not that cheap. Over all I would say it’s not worth the rate being charged. The property could be so much better, as it has lots of potential.

The lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. Nice that the beach is just a short walk away. Bed is comfortable, linen was clean. Aircon worked well.

The unit is infested with gecko lizards that moved around freely indicative of the habitat being natural to them. Whilst that was somewhat creepy we got used to them when we saw them even in the reception area moving about under cupboards.

Set in the most fabulous Ramsgate with private access to the beach. The unit was lovely and spacious and provided for what we needed. The beds were comfortable.

I think the rotation of getting our room was too short as I think the staff did not have enough time to prep our room with new clean sheets, stocking up on refreshments and clearing of bins, however we looked past this as they were busy checking in new guests and making all guests comfortable.

The location and views are outstanding - you cannot ask for better. The staff were amazing, friendly and always happy to asisst

Very welcoming and kind staff including the owner Sofia, she come through to the welcome me and my husband and showed us around the building. The room was clean and same as shown on booking.com the pool was so shown on booking.com so I was very excited about it, and the beautiful view was not shown clearly on booking.com so it exceeded my expectation.
