We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe bathroom door was faulty. Brought it to the attention of reception. It was raining quite heavy. Upon entry into the room there were no mats to wipe your shoes which resulted in the floors being messed up. Had to use a face cloth to wipe the messy floors.
The room was spotless. Location was fantastic, no noise at all. Had a lovely nights sleep. A big thank you to Bradley. Couldn’t locate the remote & key. Phoned Bradley & he was there in a jiffy in the rain to sort out the problem.

South AfricaSome items need some maintenance, but nothing major. Loose toilet holder, door hinges, but nothing that few minutes of maintenance can not fix. Wasn't sure of the actual address, which is number 20 Gillian street, but Google maps shows Karyn street?
Very affordable, clean, and great for a few nights. Close to beachfront and mall. We checked in much later than planned but still managed to check in without too much effort. When booking, it didn't indicate wifi, but it is actually available on check-in. Netflix, etc. avaialble on tv.

Found a bottle of wine protruding from the bin and had to take it out to put my own trash Unfortunately for me being let in on check in, and being let out on check out took way longer than expected 😠

Ofcourse value for money is the first, the place is very clean and well secured, you hardly get a microwave in a room from bigger service providers, these guys are very thoughtful, I even love the compliance with health and safety requirements.
