Cabin was a little tight but I think in summer you would spend most of your day with the sliding doors open on the porch.

The hot tub, bedding, view and horses made the weekend super relaxing! Cabin was kitted out with everything we needed. Small touches from the host made us feel welcome.

The fact that we had to go home.

The attention to detail is what sets this accomodation apart from the rest. The gas grill, indoor fireplace, and cozy bathroom were just some of the small features that made our stay perfectly suited for those cold winter nights. The wood fired hot tub was definitely the biggest highlight, and the host made sure to supply us with more than enough wood for our entire stay.

the setting and accommodation were simply magical. it was unfortunate and totally out of their control that the cables were stolen so we didnt have power :-( but to be honest in that type of setting, it was still absolutely magical and breathtaking and Sue was amazing x

The two queen rooms are next to each other and you can hear the people next to you. (Not the most private. Also, it's not a deal breaker.

The scenery is incredible! Private hot tub for each room. Well equipped room with a gas braai en everything you need to make food.

2 nights isn't enough. And you need to be tolerant of the flies that accompany a stud farm.

It is self-catering which we loved. Hermanus is only 10 minutes away to get whatever food you'd like, in addition to a variety of wine farms in the area. We loved taking the break at our own pace, recharging the batteries and not worrying about any sort of schedule.

This cabin is awesome. It is an awesome place to relax and unwind. It is easily accessible and with a short driving distance to Hermanus. The cabin is well equipped and the attention to detail is amazing. It has breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. Highly recommended.

We loved everything!

The cabin is furnished beautifully with a wonderful wood fired hot tub and heavenly views. From booking the accommodation to meeting the staff and owner to the stay in the cabin was wonderful. It's fully equipped with everything you need. Spending time with the horses was definitely a highlight! The fireplace inside the cabin kept it cozy and warm. We had the most incredible time! This place and the horses stole our hearts.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hemel 'n Aarde Stud Farm. The setting is incredibly peaceful with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. The cottage was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, yet still close enough to Hermanus for great food and nestled between wine farms for wine tastings. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Camden Park Bungalow! It had everything we needed and more! There was so much privacy up in that top bungalow, only horses and a few cheeky baboons running by. The views were absolutely insane too. Sue was very helpful and friendly, and the dogs dawdling up to greet us when we arrived was very also very welcoming. I searched a lot to find a stay that would show off South Africa’s natural beauty to my boyfriend visiting for the first time, and I would highly recommend this stay. Hopefully we get to visit again soon.

The cabin was in the most spectacular setting! It was magical, seeing the horses each morning, right ourside our cabin and against the mountains, vineyards and stunning sunrises 🧡 The cabin itself was perfection with everything you need.! We loved the wood fired hot tub, watching the sunset and stars! Serene and beautiful all around!
