Perfect stay in Hermanus! First of all we loved Hermanus. The coast is stunning, the mountains in the back are beautiful and the vibe is relaxed and safe. On top of that the guest room was fabulous: spot clean, comfortable and well located (the Fernkloof Nature Reserve is just behind the house). Johann is a wonderful and welcoming host who took the time to explain us things about the area and the whales :) We recommend staying here 100%!

Accommodation was great. Clean and tidy. Everything was there that you needed with cereal, tea and coffee in the room.

There was nothing I didn't like

Plenty of treats upon arrival. A very friendly host.

It was comfy, The host kindly arranged another unit for us . As my Mom could not manage the staircase. Very kind host with a big smile and he also recommended a 5star restaurant for our dinner

It is everything it advertised

Communal house share feeling. But it’s the same as a hotel that you have a room next door so it was fine.

The rate we paid for the night was a really low budget amount and I was expecting a lower budget experience, but was so impressed with what we got. The room was amazing with a heated blanket, three types of cereals, a carton of milk, a jar full of rusks and Kit Kat chocolates on the pillows. The bathroom was huge and my husband said its one of the few times he has found a shower he felt that comfortable in. They also provided a nice big bottle of bodywash, which is way better than the silly small soaps some places give. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was further from the town than expected, so not walking distance. This wasnt an issue though as we had a car.

Friendly welcome, good, quiet location, comfortable room and bed and bathroom. Excellent value for money, will stay there again when visiting Hermanus.

The room was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Hermanus. The area was also very lovely and also pretty quite. The staff were also very helpful. Plus having a bathroom with a full shower and bath and also both of them being quite spacious was a nice bonus. Plus that electric blanket was a real life saver in those cold winter nights.

I feel like it could be stated a bit better on the website that your in a shared space since the room is private but you have a shared living space with other guests which isn't a bad thing and especially for the price, location and the quality of the room I really don't think you could beat it.
