Driveway very narrow. Dead cockroach on kitchen survace. Spill/vomit mark on cupboarddoor...not cleaned properly. Toilet very high...adult feet just touches the floor.

We are addicted to tea, the only drug we take, but how can you drink or make tea without mugs? Even the very capable end helpful lady friday, Dolly, could not fix it. I think someone nicked their mugs, and a little girl left her play tea sets's cups there. Be very careful: There is a hotel on the wrong side of the railway line, falsely advertising that they are next to Busamed, with a 8 rating. Actually their rating is 3, and it is full of prostitutes and management refuses to cancel your booking or refund. People described it as "the worst night of their life!" I very nearly got caught. The false rating is on Bookin,com.

Extremely well situated for hospital visits and a reasonable eatery across the road (three monkeys) Everything except one very important item was perfect. and this could have been rectified for under one dollar. except for this one big problem i would have given it 10/10 They place did not smell of twak, maybe because of the lovely inner garden for addicts.

The towel was hard and scratchy. Although the lighting was good, it did not have a light in the centre of the room where the table was. I worked on the table so my solar/light Calculator did not work. LoL.

The location is very convenient to the main roads. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The lighting was bright and good.

This guesthouse is very conveniently located near Nelspruit MediClinic, just off the R40. The neighbourhood felt safe and I like that they've got safe parking as well.

HP Twelve is a gem, and is an amazing place to stay, with awesome Staff, Schizelle and Dolly. A big thank you to you both for making our stay so amazing. It is so safe and around the corner from Busamed Hospital. A big thank you to Dolly for the amazing Breakfasts, and for always going the extra mile for her guests.

The glass sliding door didn't have a door handle so the door couldn't be locked. I was staying alone so I felt uneasy. The driveway is very narrow for bigger cars and it wasn't easy to get in and out of the premises

Comfortable bed, nice amenities, very clean and easy to stay in. The location in Nelspruit is superb. Very peaceful and quiet.

Bathroom door can't close. No window security, very easy to jump inside. Had to close blind everytime we used the toilet as no sheer curtain. Court yard table very unstable with one slate broken. No dish rack, no surface cleaning cloth. No ice tray. Deep freeze compartment needs defrosting. No rubber shower mat, slippery tiles. No grab bar in shower. No cutting board. Smoking from neighbours, have a designated smoking area away from units.

All the sockets but no USB plug. Reading lights. Matresses very comfortable. Height of toilet, very well positioned.

The owner a the staff were the friendliest people I have met in a long time, without asking they offered to check me in earlier and kept my bags till my transport was able to find me. the lady on the premisses was friendly and so understanding and would send me messages to assure me I was ok and everything was fine. I wish them all the best
