I really only have one little issue. the room i had was a two bedroom, two bathroom presidential suite I think. It really needs a microwave or a little stove (would have loved a built in braai like some of the other units. And obviously crockery and cutlery for 4 people would have taken my rating from good to great. maybe this is not neccessary for most guests but it would have been perfect for me. Not a criticism... just a suggestion.

loved the open fields and the tidiness of the property. The room i had was very spacious and comfortable. and your front desk staff was so pleasant.

The rooms are not quite as depicted in the photos but they were comfy. Dinner was good although there were lots of noisy people every night. Rooms are small, but quite comfy. 15 km out of Rustenburg.

The food, the hotel management should look into revamping their menu. Food that is served during lunch is served again for dinner. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee from the coffee machine was luke warm.

Some of the room furniture and fixtures are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. Wi-Fi connection was spotty in certain areas of the resort.

The peaceful mountain views and lush garden surroundings created a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The pool area was clean and perfect for lounging. Staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was freshly prepared each morning.

Wasn't happy about the menu as some of the options weren't available.

Location was great except at at the entrance, there should be a lane coming off the main road allowing one to slow down before turning into the lodge. The road is quiet busy and some cars are always speeding behind you making it difficult to smoothly drive into the lodge.

The friendliness of the staff could be improved, especially in the restaurant. They don't smile or appear welcoming, and make you feel that they are just at work. The room had a weird smell, like the smell of dampness as if the roof was leaking or something, especially in the wardrobe. We had difficulty accessing the gym and getting a hold of reception for assistance.

The buffet breakfast was amazing - lots of options and everything cooked to perfection. The location is great, not far from the shops and also very scenic. We also really like the hiking trail and the view at the top. The pool was also really great, quite big and deep, and very clean.

Breakfast was bad the food was cold and had to raise the issue with the Chef and only thereafter they brought out the warmers for the food. Quality was also not to standard. Cumbersome door locks not always working.

The animals walking around, the bathrooms also need to match the bedrooms... Our door was an old door, tabs are old. Bathroom requires upgrade, the noise on the roof in the morning was uncomfortable as well.
