I have no problem paying a deposit to stay at a place but this must be clearly stated on the booking site. We had to pay a deposit directly into a third party account or they would not give us a key. We were only told of this two days before we arrived. Not acceptable. Surely this can be done via booking.com!! The apartment was what I would call tired. We had to get the shower fixed, the door needed repairs and the toilet needed the mechanism seen to. These are small things which is why it did not get a 9 rating from me

The apartment overlooks the sea and the beach with 180 degree views. The dolphins swim past every morning and the beaches although sometimes a bit like sandpaper, go on forever in both directions. The apartment is well fitted out with high quality cooking equipment (a rarity these days), microwave, air fryer and washing machine. It's a great place to relax for a few days and watch the world go by (although part of that world is the monkeys who can get pretty cheeky!)

Monkeys were an issue. No DStv unfortunately. Only 1 towel per person for the 3 days.

The accommodation is good, they just need to fix some door and window handles, the only issue we cant open the windows or doors because of the monkeys, they can take and ran away your food once you left the doors open.

The seaview is amazing especially the sunrise. We will go back definitely.

The furniture was not satisfactory, aircon remotes not working, it seems like the place is being neglected. Shower is too low and the apartment needs attention.

The place needs a bit of an upkeep. Toilet role holder was broken, the balcony tiles carried a lot of black dirt into the unit(apparently they will be replaced) The one bed was broken. Besides all this we still had an amazing time.

The location was amazing, we could sit on our balcony and watch the ocean.

The cleaning staff are very rude and they arrived at 8:30am on the day off check out to strip the linen, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms which made it inconvenient to want strip the beds while we got ready to leave.. We chose a week that the building was being painted so was very noisy... the construction workers started at 8am sharp.. so no sleeping in.

That the apartments are not serviced. Unit 104 didn't have an electric kettle. The stove top was a challenge as the hob is electronic. Unit 105 had half the decor missing and the main bedroom toilet was out of order. In both units the kitchen pots where minimal, the glasses miss matched, all a bit confusing when you trying to take inventory. House rules were not applicable to all people as in UNIT 103 .... crazy amount of people in and out all day and night, singing karaoke, screaming with laughter, shouting etc - a tad too noisy to say the least.

We were charged for cleaning service but when we asked what happened to the cleaning service we were told it's an admin fee, when it clearly stated cleaning service.

When we arrived our original unit 101 was simply disgusting. Dirty, dark and dodgy, not safe for kids and little crockery or cooking pots with cockroachrs. After my lengthy complains we were offered 2 other units these were perfectly in order however , we wanted a family holiday now we were split over 2 units which was not ideal. The pool area aswell as laundry facilities could do with major improvement. Though our hosts were extremely helpful we would not go to these properties ever again. Value for money was non existing.

Key to one of the outside doors didnt open from the inside. One had to stretch his arm through burglar gate to open from outside.
