Location was perfect, the scenery everything. Breakfast was great, variety of food to choose from. The owner even came to greet us, perfect.

Such a beautiful hotel! Stunning! The views were amazing and the generosity was next level. Our room was upgraded and thankful for their kindness towards us. Took us for a drive and the views are exceptional. Our hosts were exceptional.

We loved everything!

The breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed trying new meals. The location is perfect for a get away. We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and the service we received from all staff members was amazing. The game drive, the spa treatment - it was a good experience. The surprise for our anniversary was the cherry on top.

We loved everything about Intle. We will come back.

We had booked in June 2024 already. The day before we were to go to Intle, they phoned and said they had made a mistake, and put our booking for 2025. And they had booked someone else in the Presidential Suite, so they couldn't let us stay there. What made me the angriest was I made the booking first, but because the other people were staying there longer, they let them stay there. We had to look for other accommodation. Intle did suggest their sister hotel in East London, but it is too far away. Look, I know mistakes can happen, but like I said, I made the booking first. So isn't it supposed to be first come, first serve?!? I am very disgusted with Intle Boutique Hotel, and won't be going there at all.

A great place to have a getaway in nature and still be close to the city and ocean i.e. Jeffreys Bay

The overall experience was great. Views were amazing and staff were friendly. The place was nice and clean.

Small things needed a bit of attention and a closer eye for detail. Door did not close properly and there was a gap. Aircon gave hassles, glass in the shower (bottles were slippery)

You guys exceeded my expectations, I came to celebrate my birthday and everything was splendid from how you welcomed me, my room was upgraded and when I came back from dinner I loved how you decorated my bed...everything was just perfect 💯

Beautiful location, very peaceful , Staff very helpful and facilities well maintained. Lovely view from the bedroom, which was well furnished.

Room was not ready on our arrival, which was nearly 3.00pm.

The staff members were exceptional. The place is very quiet,surrounded by nature.

They don't have many Animals

Well what I can say this hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in numerous hotels around the world over the years. We were welcomed to this hotel as if we were family not hotel guests. A beautiful touch was the hot chocolates waiting for us when we arrived such a beautiful touch! The hotel manager John is outstanding at his job and couldn’t do enough to make our stay any better! John brought us on a game drive in the morning and it was incredible to see the giraffes and Zebras roaming around the hotel grounds. My husband and I then went to have massages in the spa which were absolutely incredible and such a relaxing experience. The food at the hotel was world class absolutely outstanding. Each and every member of staff are friendly and so accommodating. Honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough it’s absolutely incredible. It’s just the most beautiful hotel in the most incredible environment. The rooms are absolutely incredible with a view of the most beautiful sunset! Please book this hotel you will not be disappointed will definitely return if we come back to South Africa. Thank you so much John and to your incredible team outstanding service.

Glorious views. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the masseuse excellent! They made my birthday extra memorable with beautiful rose petals and candles in the room. The fine dining food and breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful accommodation, from the little details (like hot chocolates on arrival), homemade biscuits in the room to the incredibly friendly and enthusiastic staff. We loved seeing giraffe from the balcony on the room. We only stayed for one night but regretted not having longer.

Food was a bit average. Limited menu and what did come out was very simple, and a bit disappointing for a five star hotel. Breakfast, however was better.

The views from the property are out of this world, there’s always something to look forward to but nothing beats the sunsets at the pool area. Will definitely be back again.
